Greentree Eastern Hotel (Zhongshan West Road, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing)

Facilities: Fully equipped, with laundry, breakfast room, and meeting rooms. Parking is convenient. Hygiene: Very clean, bed sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Environment: Great surroundings, with a Ferris wheel park nearby which is very pleasant. Service: Super enthusiastic service, and the housekeeping staff are also very friendly. It's really good; I've stayed here multiple times. Whenever I come to Jiaxing, I always choose this place.

The hotel's location is superb, with shopping centers and convenience stores all around, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and daily commutes. They patiently explained the hotel facilities and local dining recommendations, and even helped me plan my itinerary for the next day—it was all about the details. The room exceeded my expectations; it was spacious, bright, and spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, instantly washing away my fatigue. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation design, and the toiletries were complete and brand new. Even the hot water supply was consistently timely and stable. The breakfast selection was rich, with a good mix of Chinese and Western options. The freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit were especially delicious, catering to various tastes. The public areas were clean and tidy, the elevators ran smoothly, and even the free Wi-Fi signal was stable, making it easy to work or stream without issues. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was seamless. Every staff member greeted me with a smile, truly making me feel at home. To enjoy such excellent service and facilities at this price point is incredible value for money. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The lady at the front desk was very kind. The breakfast selection was quite rich, and I especially enjoyed the tteokbokki soup. The hotel room was clean, and the front desk offered a shipping service, which is great if you have a lot of luggage. A little robot delivered our takeout right to the door. It's also close to Xiuhu Lake. A really great hotel with excellent service! The front desk provides self-service flower and fruit teas, and the self-service laundry machines are very convenient. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Jiaxing!
