Huanlesong Hotel (Jiaxing Zhongguancun Wanli Square)

The room was quite spacious. The only downside was the strong smell of smoke in the lobby; some people were even smoking in the elevator. Everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can improve its management.

The room was not clean, and the bathroom layout was absurd. The front desk staff were rude and refused to upgrade the room type, turning a twin bed into a double bed. They only provided two bottles of mineral water, and when I mentioned it, they just said I had to pay extra. The room's WiFi was broken and couldn't be fixed, and they wouldn't change rooms. In 2025, hotels still charge a deposit for check-in! Oh, and the hotel breakfast was terrible. They didn't tell me what time breakfast was closed. When I went to the breakfast restaurant at 8:30, breakfast had already been taken. Not only was there very little food, but the items had been sitting around for a long time, some even dried out. It was truly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none.

I booked a family room, but the hygiene was appalling. There was visible trash and hair on the floor, and hair all around the shower area. The living room had two dining tables, and they were covered in dust and felt sticky to the touch. The sheets and blankets in both rooms hadn't been changed; they felt damp to the touch, and I felt incredibly itchy at night. 😂 I stayed there a few years ago and it was okay; the elevator didn't require a card, so anyone could go up—there was absolutely no security. This time, however, it was so bad I'm speechless.
