Jiaxing Marriott Hotel

This is a luxury hotel, and the management is excellent. The front desk staff who checked me in and the bellhop who took us to our room were both very friendly and answered all our questions. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff as well. Plus, the hotel is quite close to the South Railway Station, making transportation very convenient. There are also shops and Central Park nearby. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The hotel is located by the Gan River, offering great views. Its prime location makes it very close to attractions like Wan Shou Palace, August 1st Square, and Tengwang Pavilion. The staff are incredibly service-oriented, making you feel right at home. Absolutely excellent! 👍

During the Qingming holiday, the weather was excellent. We spontaneously decided to drive from Shanghai to Jiaxing for a spring outing. Although it was a last-minute decision during a holiday, the hotel didn't overcharge much. The hotel is close to the city center, making it convenient for getting around. It's within walking distance of Jiaxing Botanical Garden. The garden itself is lovely, with fresh air and cherry blossoms in full bloom, attracting many visitors. Special thanks to David Guangbo for his hospitality and assistance. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, perhaps because we arrived late and many items had already run out. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the third floor, and it was surprisingly good. The two-person set menu was so generous that our family of two adults and one child was completely stuffed. The shrimp balls, the shredded beef with crispy rice — every dish was fantastic. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool, which our child thoroughly enjoyed. Our family also took a boat ride on Nanhu Lake, experiencing some 'red education' (referring to revolutionary history).

This was my second stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Jiaxing for the Qingming holiday, and it was just as clean and quiet as I remembered. The location is perfect, not far from major attractions like Nanhu Lake. I'd especially like to thank manager Gavin and intern David (Guangbo) for their warm and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. They even followed up to ensure our stay was comfortable, and our child had a great time, making us feel truly looked after. Their professional and attentive service means we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Jiaxing. Highly recommended!

An excellent stay! The room facilities were new, clean, and tidy. The room itself was very unique. The overall service was professional and patient. Check-in was efficient and pleasant. The front desk staff, especially the guy who checked me in (I think his name was Bruce), looked like a male model – 185cm tall with a handsome face. The attention to detail really showcased Marriott's high standards.

The room had floor-to-ceiling windows, offering great natural light, and was very clean. The staff at the entrance and front desk were all very welcoming and enthusiastic. Due to some unexpected circumstances, I had only booked one breakfast, but the hotel surprised me by sending two more, which I really appreciated! I was also pleasantly surprised to find handmade steamed buns at the hotel's breakfast buffet, and the mini wontons were quite delicious. The coffee was also rich and fragrant! I'll definitely stay here again next time; it offers excellent value for money!

The Fairfield by Marriott Jiaxing is excellent! The check-in process was very professional. Considering we had a child with us, Gavin kindly upgraded our room and thoughtfully arranged a spacious, quiet room further inside. He also meticulously informed us about the nearby facilities. This proactive and considerate service truly warms your heart. The room was bright and spacious, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite good. The front desk staff, Cora and Zoe, provided excellent and thoughtful service. They even offered a late check-out, which was incredibly convenient.
