I came for G.E.M.'s August 16th birthday concert in Jiaxing. The hotel parking is well-regulated, with free underground parking on the second level. All the signs are clear. The only thing is there's no delivery robot; you either have to go get it yourself or wait for staff to bring it up to your room. The room was clean, very nice. Breakfast was pretty good, as you can see from the pictures. Everyone around me was speaking Shanghainese, I almost thought I was still in Shanghai, haha. This trip was so much fun!

The room environment and hygiene were good, but the air conditioning was old, very noisy, and didn't cool very well. The AC wasn't on when I checked in, and I was sweltering. It took two or three hours of running it at 16 degrees on high fan to finally cool down. The breakfast was plentiful but the taste was just average. It's close to the stadium, which was convenient as I could share an e-scooter back after the concert.

Excellent service with a touch of quality.

The room was quite spacious. Although the decor's color scheme felt a bit dated, the amenities were complete, and the bathtub was genuinely large. The breakfast area was huge, but it also got incredibly crowded, so try to eat during off-peak times, haha.

Ramada is a well-known hotel chain, and this location is great. It's close to Nanhu Avenue and right by Central Park, so the surroundings are really pleasant. The hotel is quite popular, with a high occupancy rate. The breakfast offers a good variety, even including jianbing (Chinese savory crepes), which is a nice touch. Now for the downsides. The hygiene really needs more attention. The housekeeping service was genuinely disappointing. This is the first hotel I've stayed in where the toilet paper ran out after just one use. It's also the first hotel where I found hair on the towels, and the first where the bedsheets were dirty. Seriously?!

The environment is excellent, and it's very convenient for getting around. The bed is large and comfortable. It's also very pleasant to take a walk to South Lake.

The room was spacious and very clean. Parking at the hotel was convenient, and we received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. It's only about a twenty-minute drive from the South Lake Scenic Area and Yuehe Scenic Area.

The family suite is cozy and comfortable with a well-designed layout. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, with a good mix of Chinese and Western dishes, fresh ingredients, and authentic local snacks. The dining environment is clean and comfortable.

Went to a concert with a friend. The hotel's a bit dated in its decor, but it's clean. They have robots delivering food, but perhaps because of the hot weather and many people ordering takeout, delivery wasn't super timely. What was a pleasant surprise was that there's a concert shuttle right across the street in the parking lot. It was also a quick walk back to the hotel after the concert.

I chose this hotel specifically for the swimming pool. It definitely meets 4-star standards, but it's far from a 5-star experience. 1. The hotel exterior looks quite grand, but the room facilities are just average. 2. When we pulled up to the entrance, the bellboy didn't help with our luggage, which I've never experienced at a star-rated hotel before. 3. The air conditioning was unresponsive to temperature adjustments. We were later told that the central air conditioning system operates at a fixed temperature, so I don't understand why there's a temperature display on the unit if it's just for show. Nevertheless, the affordable room rate is a major plus. I also want to commend the front desk staff. I bought some ducks that day and needed to store them in a refrigerator. They tried their best to help, but it seemed the fridge wasn't part of the hotel's property, as the front desk had to negotiate with someone else. The female staff member they spoke with, however, had a really bad attitude. As a customer, I believe internal hotel issues should be resolved internally, not aired out to guests. I also want to praise the maintenance department. Even though they ultimately explained that the hotel's central heating system can't be adjusted, their attitude throughout the process was very good.

The hotel's location isn't far from Jiaxing South, and there's a shopping mall nearby with plenty of dining options. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, and the service details are excellent. Breakfast is a highlight, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste is fantastic.

The location is convenient, very close to Coco City, so finding food is not an issue. The hotel has the decor style of an older five-star hotel, complete with a bathtub and a mini-fridge. The room is very spacious and comfortable. It's rare to find a hotel with a swimming pool available for use. Breakfast offers a wide variety. Recently, the hotel has been hosting many large training events, so rooms are quite in demand – it's best to book early. The hotel service is very considerate; there's even an older gentleman who helps open car doors, and they have delivery robots. I'll definitely book again.

The room had a strange odor. The air conditioning only blew cold air, and I caught a cold. The front desk was unstaffed late at night. It's 2026, and they don't even have a delivery robot. There was a hair in the drinking cup.

This hotel boasts a convenient location, close to both a business district and a subway station. The rooms are clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk staff are welcoming and check-in was quick. Breakfast offers a wide variety and is promptly replenished. The only minor drawback is that the water pressure in the shower can be a bit inconsistent. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for business or short trips. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
