The service was absolutely top-notch, no doubt about it! The environment and facilities were also very good. In P2, I was initially dissatisfied with the room, so they helped me with my luggage and assisted me to change rooms twice. Ultimately, I was quite satisfied with my stay. However, it was indeed a bit noisy at night, as the hotel is right next to the road. Overall, it was acceptable. They even gave me a bottle of water when I left, which was really nice and I appreciated it.

I came to visit relatives, and the location was very convenient, being close to their home. The room facilities were quite complete, making me feel right at home. The front desk service was attentive and meticulous, just like family! Thank you so much! I'll definitely stay here again next time...

只能說物超所值分。 房間巨大、對面就是西南湖、樓下就是超市，走路五分鐘有加燒烤能夠吃夜宵。 房務人員盡責且態度良好、細心，明明跟他說換個毛巾、收個垃圾就好，但還是主動把房間打掃的一塵不染。

服務人員特別好，中間對投影設備有問題，給喊上來好幾次，都沒有不耐煩。前台姐姐也很好，登記的時候時間比較久，還跟我們開玩笑打發時間。房間也比較乾淨，就是靠近馬路，早上七點就很吵，窗簾也不太遮光，有點透。

Vị trí khách sạn nằm n*** ngã tư luôn, gần trạm xe bus, muốn đạp xe công cộng thì bước ra cửa là có. Đi các địa điểm xung quanh thuận tiện, đường buổi tối ít người, khá yên tĩnh. Phòng mình view qua toà nhà đối diện. Đặc biệt là phòng tận 3 cái gương soi, cũng tiện. Vệ sinh ok, phòng sạch, nhìn mới.
