Zihuayuan Hotel

The room was great, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The environment was nice, and the room itself was quite spacious.

There's a car park behind the hotel, and parking is free for guests. There's an elevator inside. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The hot water was plentiful and hot enough. The soundproofing in the room was just okay.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Moon River scenic area, just a 10-minute walk away. However, the cleanliness needs improvement; there was quite a lot of hair on the floor. Being close to the road, it was a bit noisy at night with passing cars. But considering the affordable price, it's still worth recommending.

This was my first time staying at this hotel for a business trip in Jiaxing, and I was very comfortable. The room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The front desk staff was lovely; they provided free chargers and a microwave for heating food, which was very thoughtful. The owner was also wonderful and truly cared about the guest experience. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip!
