This hotel definitely deserves a five-star review! We drove to Jieyang for Chinese New Year, and this Vienna hotel was truly a hidden gem. First, I have to praise the parking lot – there was plenty of space and it was easy to park, which is incredibly important for anyone on a long road trip. The lobby decor was very grand, and with the red lanterns, it felt incredibly festive for the New Year. Check-in was super efficient. The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows were just the right firmness for older guests to get a good rest, completely erasing the fatigue of travel. The most pleasant surprise was the 'Jieyang' influencer-style photo wall near the elevators – it had a great local vibe, and every shot looked fantastic. It's also very close to the city's attractions and food markets, making it super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Jieyang.

The room was very spacious with carpeted floors, a suite actually, perfect for a family. The only missing amenity was a mini-fridge. It's very close to the Jade Market, so you can pop over anytime. There's also a grilled beef restaurant nearby worth checking out.

The hotel is too old, with outdated facilities. There's no smart toilet or smart curtains, and the carpet smells. I asked for it to be cleaned immediately, but they only came at 6 PM. The price during the Torch Festival was exorbitant; usually, it's around 200 RMB, but charging 1000 RMB makes it extremely poor value for money.

This hotel is right next to Jieyang Yangmei Yudu, so getting around is super convenient. There's a supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was not only clean and tidy but also spacious. The breakfast was delicious, and for those driving, there's even a dedicated parking lot which was a huge relief.
