World Trade Winning Hotel

On a business trip to Jilin, I stayed at the World Trade Mark Plaza and everything was top-notch. I have to commend the front desk and other staff; their service was incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they were patient in their communication, handling all my requests professionally and appropriately. The hotel's facilities are excellent, and it's located near the river. This stay definitely enhanced my trip, and I'll be staying here again next time I'm in Jilin.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right by the Songhua River, and the river view rooms offer fantastic scenery. However, the in-room amenities are pretty standard, and there's no smart toilet. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, and the hotel has a good selection of restaurants to choose from.

Came here for the weekend with my little one. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the gym is spacious and bright. It's super convenient for getting around, and the restaurant on the 38th floor was a nice experience too. My child said they'd love to come back!

A five-star hotel I'd highly recommend, the overall experience was impeccable. The location is excellent, right by the Songhua River. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the common areas are quiet and peaceful with great soundproofing. The river view is expansive, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure getaways. The guest rooms are well-equipped and modern, with soft and comfortable bedding. Amenities like the bathroom, air conditioning, and minibar all worked perfectly. The recreational facilities are also excellent. Housekeeping was meticulous; desktops, floors, and even bathroom corners were spotless, and the linens were clean and odor-free, showing great attention to detail. All staff members provided professional and attentive service. The concierge promptly helped with luggage, check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and room service was timely. Special thanks to Dafu Feihong for his courteous and polite demeanor, truly making us feel at home. I will definitely choose the World Trade Winsor when I visit Jilin again.

The hotel's location is excellent (as shown in the attached picture), and the breakfast offers a great variety and high quality. The staff's service is even better! I initially planned to stay one night in Jilin, but extended my stay by two more nights because the experience was so good. I'd like to express my gratitude once again to Dong Siyi at the front desk and Zhou Ling from housekeeping. They were patient and warm towards us older folks, which made us feel incredibly welcome. I will definitely visit the Northeast again!

I stayed here from July 5th to 7th. I usually come in winter for skiing, but this time I visited in summer to see a friend. The facilities are top-notch, and the service is excellent, as always. It was World Cup season, and the hotel even showed England's game on a big screen during breakfast – what an amazing experience! A big thank you to Nie Yuanyuan, the attendant who kept my room spotless, making my stay even better. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Jilin City!

After a long journey from the Southern Hemisphere to the North, we finally arrived at the hotel. The ladies at the front desk were very polite, and check-in was smooth. We were exhausted and starving! But then, a problem arose: we didn't have a local number, so we couldn't order takeout. It felt like a bolt from the blue 😭. That's when Mei Zi, one of the front desk staff, appeared like an angel and offered to help us order food, rescuing us from our predicament. All in all, we were extremely satisfied (and touched 🥹) by her service. The room was great, the location was perfect, and the overall check-in experience was top-notch, offering excellent value for money. Our first impression of the Northeast – simply perfect 😍!

The high ceilings made the stay very comfortable, and I could see both the mountains and the Songhua River. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I was very satisfied. I really love this city and the hotel.

When she learned it was my first time in the area, she proactively and thoroughly explained nearby attractions and dining options. She even thoughtfully asked about my room preferences and helped arrange a room with a better view, patiently answering all my questions. Her gentle and patient demeanor, along with her attention to detail, made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. The room hygiene was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress and pillows provided maximum comfort. The room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully quiet night's rest. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, with stable and ample hot water, and quality toiletries. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, public areas are neat and organized, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Both the hardware facilities and service quality live up to high-end hotel standards. Thanks to Ms. Jiang's thoughtful and attentive service, my trip experience was significantly enhanced. I will definitely choose the World Trade Marriott again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!
