Ramada Hotel Jilin Purple Garden Reviews

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access. It's right on Jilin Avenue and very close to Jilin Railway Station. Both the soft and hard facilities at the hotel are great. The rooms are quite spacious, the environment is beautiful, and it's very clean. We booked a 180-degree view room, and we could directly see Longtan Mountain, which was stunning at night. The only downside is that there's road construction at the main intersection downstairs, which slightly affected our rest.

I was quite disappointed with this stay. For a luxury hotel, the hygiene was surprisingly poor. There was hair and body hair everywhere, and the bed sheets had holes in them. Is this really a luxury hotel or just a budget one? I can accept outdated facilities, as the hotel has been open for many years, but they should at least maintain good hygiene and service. Poor cleanliness is truly unacceptable.

Everything in the mini-bar, except for water, is chargeable. Facilities: The facilities are relatively new, and the hygiene is so-so. The location is quite good. Service needs improvement.

1. On the evening of the 12th, the man with glasses at the front desk was arrogant and impatient when answering questions. 2. I suspect they deliberately gave me a room at the very end of the hall, which was the dirtiest and had an odor. 3. When I raised concerns about the hotel facilities, the response was just "noted," with no corresponding action, apology, compensation, room change, or other measures. 4. Safety issue: The bathroom door could be closed from the inside but couldn't be opened from the inside, effectively locking me in. Extremely disappointed. This completely doesn't match the hotel's positioning! The photos are genuine, and the above is purely my honest experience!

This trip was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of great food options nearby. The hotel's own restaurant was particularly impressive, with delicious, beautifully presented, and refined dishes. At check-out, they even gave us three small toy hammers, which was a lovely touch and made our child very happy. The breakfast was incredibly tasty with a wide range of facilities, and even included chocolate cake! I highly recommend this place! 👍👍

The room is spacious and clean, and the lobby is beautiful and grand. It's fully equipped with all sorts of facilities. Within walking distance, there's a riverside and plenty of food options. The lobby even has a small shop selling shaved ice bean buns and Jilin fried noodles, which is fantastic and very convenient. The breakfast is incredibly rich, with healthy options like pumpkin, sweet potato, corn, 4-5 types of porridge, various Western pastries, fried foods, noodles, Harbin red sausage, and more... We stayed for two days and still couldn't try everything. The service is exceptionally good, and breakfast is served until 9:30 AM. The lady at the front desk on duty on the morning of February 3rd provided particularly friendly and professional service, which is commendable! Definitely worth staying here!

Overall, Ramada by Wyndham Jilin City is a good hotel. As a Wyndham Rewards member, I was pleased to earn a qualifying night for my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The complimentary in-house hot spring bath facilities are a highlight, perfect for relaxation. However, the hotel's amenities do show their age and are a bit dated. If you're looking for a top-tier hot spring experience, there are better and more modern public bathhouses available locally. The hotel offers decent value for money, making it suitable for budget-conscious travelers.
