辦理入住時工作人員説要給我發個短訊驗證才能入住，他讓我掃碼，通過微信註冊華住會會員，再發送短訊連結。其實可以直説的，這樣誘導體驗感不好。
定了兩間，每間帶兩份早餐，前台説系統顯示一個房間衹有一份早餐，最後是我出示訂單才確認。
房間內沒有拖鞋，一雙都沒有。
退房時在電梯裏碰巧遇到酒店工人上電梯，他用腳硬控電梯門，跟工作人員閑聊，雖然衹耽誤了客人十幾秒時間。
不用回訪我，我衹是想下次的入住體驗更佳。

特別乾淨，沒有任何異味，位置優越，靠近濟南東站，地鐵站，經十路，價格很合適，超出預期效果，設備很新，安裝了小度，空間利用有效，衞生間寬敞，衞生間按個接聽電話的會更好。帶娃的話，沒有浴缸。
早餐很好，餐廳精緻安靜，品種豐富。
