Location near mall and in front of park. Good breakfast. Easy to find food and beverage.

The location was good and clean hotel, around has many restaurants

The hotel is perfectly located for the Baotu Spring Park and the Daming Lake area. The rooms are comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

We like the hotel. Location is close to Baotu spring etc. Staff are very nice and helpful. Especially this hotel has laundry room and it's free.

Location is great. Room-keeping is bad. They did not clear tissue on the floor and did not replenish the tissue box and toilet paper. Bath robes was taken away and not replenished. Pillow covers and duvet covers were not changed (we stayed for 4 nights).

The staff was very helpful, and the location was great! We were sadly disappointed with some of the amenities, the hotel advertising a gym but non of the equipment works. We had the Do not Disturb sign on yet the housekeeper tried to enter the room. The Chinese buffet the food was good and not goo, including the noodles that were made directly for you. The housekeeper appeared to clean the room but did not make the bed

Nice easy stay in a good location l. Staff were helpful, everyone friendly. The lobby was a bit surreal, with someone live streaming non stop, but in a fun way not a bad way. One free coffee when you book a room too 👌

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice already. It’s right in front of a beautiful garden and not too far from Daming Lake. The location is really central to many amenities. The rooms were clean but some are quite cozy. Breakfast is Chinese style and not many Western options but you can always order from outside and get the robot to deliver to your room. There are many restaurants to order from. The stuff has been really friendly both times I was there.

酒店给予已入住旅客延长check out time was good to the guest who has checked in. But it was not fair for the guest who is ready to check in because the booked room was not ready. The guest must wait at least two to four hours to check in.

Well, the location is awesome, right opposite to Wu Long Tan. The family room is located at level 3 with its own access to the floor, shared with staff lift tho(if you mind) It is decent clean. But the toilet needs some tenderness handling when you perform your business, as it feels a bit wobbly. The breakfast is very good, I grown up in the north of china, so it reminds me of local lifestyle.

While World Hotel’s location is great—close to Daming Lake, Baotu Spring, and the old town—the hotel needs serious improvements: Rooms need maintenance. Our first had broken curtains; the second required slamming the door to close. Smoking is allowed, so our room and halls often smelled. I was told it’s not permitted near the kids’ area, yet saw men smoking there many times. The "gym" is just a cramped corner near the laundry—hardly a gym. Housekeeping was poor: floors and surfaces weren’t cleaned, mugs weren’t washed or replaced, and the fridge wasn’t restocked until requested. Toilet paper was minimal—we had to ask for more. Breakfast was okay, but often lacked basics like fruit, bread, or cups. The coffee machine doesn’t make lattes, and service was slow, likely understaffed. No ramp makes it unfriendly for families with strollers or anyone needing accessibility. Staff was kind and helpful throughout—it feels like a management or ownership issue.

Good Service and Good Hotel in nearby jinan Railway Station

My only complain is the speaker in the room , talking randomly at 6 am. Coffee at breakfast could be improved.
