Crowne Plaza JINAN RUNHUA by IHG

My recent stay at Crowne Plaza Jinan Runhua was absolutely fantastic, largely thanks to Bob at the front desk – he's truly a benchmark for hotel service! From the moment I walked in to check in, his professionalism and efficiency were outstanding. He was genuinely enthusiastic and polite, striking the perfect balance between being welcoming and respectful, without any insincere flattery or neglect. Every detail was handled flawlessly. He patiently and thoroughly guided me through the check-in process, explained room details, and provided excellent recommendations for local transportation and nearby attractions. His responses were quick, his explanations clear, and his knowledge of the job was incredibly solid. He anticipated my needs proactively and thoughtfully, making me feel genuinely valued throughout my stay. This truly reflects the high standards and quality expected of a premium hotel. His demeanor was humble and courteous, yet confident and reliable, and his service-oriented mindset was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease, comfortable, and reassured. While the facilities are great, the soft services are even better. Having such an outstanding front desk employee like Bob truly elevates the hotel's quality and image. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jinan – the experience is simply divine! A big shout-out to Bob – his service is top-notch, professional, and incredibly helpful. The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and cozy, and the hygiene is excellent. There's an underground parking lot, and the breakfast offers a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, all exquisite and delicious. The staff are warm and attentive, and the hotel's location is very close to the exhibition center.

I stayed here for a business trip last year and was very satisfied, so I chose it again this year. Facilities: The design is well-thought-out, with ample space. The mattress is on the firmer side, and it's convenient for working. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, the shower pressure is great, and the towels are thick and soft. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the room had no strange odors. Environment: It's close to Jinan West Railway Station, but there aren't many dining options nearby. Service: The staff are all friendly, and we received a complimentary soft drink upon check-in. The baked goods at breakfast weren't as good as last year, but the Chinese food was still decent.

The room was clean and tidy, with everything I needed, and the view from the window was unbeatable. The Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel was excellent; the dishes were rich and refined, and cooked to perfection. I recommend ordering the baked chicken half an hour in advance, otherwise the wait will be quite long, as it's truly baked to order.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! It completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment is excellent, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is super comfortable.
