The customer service deserves high praise because even when I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, the staff were incredibly patient and helped resolve my issues. The room was clean, and the cleaning lady was exceptionally kind and even gave us directions to places where we could eat. It's also very close to the airport.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. However, the airport transfer was a shared shuttle bus used by several hotels, so we had to wait over half an hour for our pickup. Waiting that long in the middle of the night with kids and elderly people was quite unreasonable.

The state of the room exceeded my expectations for the price, it was a very clean and big room, smoke-free. Even better than most 4 star hotels. If not for the location near the airport but far from the city, I would stay here during my trip to Jinan. Breakfast was buffet style and quality and variety were great. Overall a great one night stay for a layover in Jinan!

This hotel, booked for a layover, was excellent and highly recommended. The front desk service was great; they upgraded our room for free and provided a complimentary shuttle. Breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. Thumbs up!

Ghana🇬🇭. The hotel rooms were big and clean amenities working very well even though it was winter but the room was warm I stay there for 3 days and it was amazing, the receptionist were very friendly They even offered me a ride to the airport

This hotel is near airport not much else in it’s favour it’s not very clean has few facilities there is a place to buy a meal nearby hotpot it’s fairly remote no t many shops
