I had a truly wonderful stay this time; the hotel's service was exceptional. Even before arriving in Jinan, they called to ask if I needed airport pickup, which I found very thoughtful. Upon reaching the hotel, a gentleman主动 helped me with my luggage, the front desk lady spoke very kindly, and a front desk guy even brought my luggage to my room. He also meticulously explained the quickest way to find my room after getting off the elevator, which, honestly, these little details really make a great impression.
I had an early morning flight the next day and used their drop-off service. When I went down to check out, the front desk guy specially prepared breakfast for me. I hadn't even expected to eat due to the early hour, but I was genuinely touched. When it was time for my ride to the airport, the driver and the front desk guy both came, one helping with my suitcase and the other with my laptop, escorting me to the car.
