Tian Di Renhe Hotel

The room layout is quite unique, with the separate bathroom occupying its own space. The bathroom light and exhaust fan share a single switch. It got colder today, and any warm air from the AC in the room was immediately ****** out by the exhaust fan. The room itself faces away from the sun, and even with the AC on all night, the heating was really ineffective; the warm air was barely a whisper. Closing the bathroom door made the bedroom slightly warmer, but only slightly – I had to really bundle up under the covers, haha. When showering, the bathroom had no warm air at all, it was absolutely freezing, especially because the bathroom is so large that the AC's warm air couldn't reach it. Although this is a chain hotel and very clean, the room design and the poor heating from the AC make it truly unsuitable for a winter stay. I definitely won't be coming back; it was shockingly cold. I reported the issue to the front desk, and they said they'd escalate it, but I never heard back. Because of the AC issue, I switched rooms once, only to find that some rooms had a strong sewage smell, so the floor drains definitely need an upgrade.

Room 3919: AVOID! 1. The room wasn't cleaned properly; there were noticeable streaks and stains on the floor after cleaning. 2. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor. 3. The shower drain was very slow. 4. The air conditioning barely worked.
