It was really cold outside, but when I entered the hotel, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and helpful. It really warmed my heart. The front desk service attitude was excellent.

This is a newly opened hotel with excellent facilities. The bedding is clean, and the shower has great water pressure. There's a parking lot available. I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on it. It's very close to the airport, just a few minutes away, and they offer a shuttle service to the airport.

The room was pretty standard, nothing special. I've stayed at Novotel airport hotels in many cities, and the Jinan one was truly just average. The front desk service was also quite disorganized and not very welcoming. No room upgrade was offered either. Breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Usually, it's until 10:30 AM, so transit passengers dealing with jet lag can easily miss it. The room also had a strong odor.
