Novotel Jinan Airport Accor

It was really cold outside, but when I entered the hotel, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and helpful. It really warmed my heart. The front desk service attitude was excellent.

Service: The front desk staff were exceptionally good and enthusiastic, giving them a big thumbs up! 👍 They warmly reminded us that the weather was cold and called us in advance to check on us. They even turned on the air conditioning before we arrived, which was incredibly thoughtful. They actively helped us with everything, and we're very grateful.

This is a newly opened hotel with excellent facilities. The bedding is clean, and the shower has great water pressure. There's a parking lot available. I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on it. It's very close to the airport, just a few minutes away, and they offer a shuttle service to the airport.

The room facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the environment is pleasant, and the service is meticulous. Special thanks to the hotel for helping guests arrange special meals and taxis 🙏 It's a good choice for business trips or tourism, not far from Jinan Airport and very convenient. Satisfied 👍

The only downside is the slightly remote location, but the service was excellent and very warm. Even when there was an issue with the TV being mounted on the wall, they actively resolved it with a perfect attitude – truly five-star service! 👍🏻 The breakfast was plentiful and quite tasty, just a bit cold 🥶. As for the location, it is a bit out of the way with nothing much to do nearby, which is understandable since it's close to the airport. We'll definitely be back when we fly again. My family 👪 is very satisfied! 💯

The service at this hotel was exceptional! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff made us feel right at home. I want to give a special shout-out to Xu, Yu, and Wang from the hotel staff. After our guests checked out and went to the airport, they realized they had lost their passport. These three individuals responded with incredible positivity, professionalism, patience, and efficiency. In a very short amount of time, they located the passport wedged between the mattress and the headboard in the guest room and then promptly rushed it to the airport to be returned to the guests!
