Hyatt Regency Jinan

I booked a family room with three beds, and it was great value for money. The room itself was nice and quite clean. However, we arrived at 3 PM and were told to wait a bit. After waiting ten minutes, we asked again and were then told we'd have to wait another hour. Why weren't we informed about the hour-long wait earlier? We didn't end up checking in until around 5 PM. It's really frustrating to just sit in the lobby waiting that long!

I'm a bit puzzled by the many negative reviews for Hyatt Regency Jinan on Ctrip and Qunar. First off, the location is excellent; Wanda Plaza is just a three to five-minute walk away, and it's not too far to drive to Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, and Qianfo Mountain. There's parking available at the hotel entrance, though when driving in, you need to pay attention to the service road entrance just before Wanda Plaza, otherwise you'll miss the turn and have to drive a long way to turn around. The lobby is beautiful, and the front desk staff are impeccably groomed, looking very professional. I booked an executive suite and an executive king room. The suite is very spacious, with a mini-bar offering drinks. They even provided children's slippers, toiletries, cups, and a drawing and coloring set for the kids, along with the hotel's signature teddy bear on the bed – it felt very cozy. Although the hotel is a bit older, it still looks quite high-end and smells lovely. The executive lounge also looks very refined, the food is delicious, and they serve Heineken beer, which I haven't had in a while. The service quality is also very high. It gets a bit busy during dinner, but it's very orderly. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options. The freshly made century egg, cilantro, and pork buns are especially delicious and highly recommended – I had two! There were also soy locust tree flower buns. The sauce in the multi-grain pancakes was very tasty too. For drinks, they even had fresh-squeezed juice. The best part is the price; for a hotel at this price point, offering all this and executive dining, I think it's incredibly good value for money. Although there was a minor hiccup later, I understand, and overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives. I'm very satisfied.

Excellent conditions! This is truly one of the most budget-friendly hotels in Jinan city. I'd definitely stay here again.

I always prefer staying at international chain hotels because they consistently maintain high standards in facilities, service, and hygiene. Hyatt Regency Jinan is located in the old town of Jinan, very close to Daming Lake, and right next to Wanda Plaza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

The room decor was very cozy and my child loved it! The hotel service was excellent and very attentive, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. Getting around was quite convenient, as it's right next to Wanda Plaza and also very close to major attractions in Jinan.

On a weekend trip to Jinan, I stayed at a 5-star hotel. Although it's been open for a few years, the renovation smell was still very strong, which made for a mediocre stay. Everything else was fine; the breakfast was good and very rich!

Staying in the Club Room this time was an excellent overall experience. Zhang Qingqing provided warm and attentive service. The room layout was well-designed, with distinct zones for relaxation and work, making it suitable for both office tasks and entertaining guests. The Executive Lounge on the cloud floor offered a quiet environment, and the food was exquisite. The staff were familiar with regular guests' preferences, providing personalized service. The check-out process was smooth, with staff politely expressing their gratitude, ensuring efficient communication throughout. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive; the Shandong cuisine Chinese restaurant serves authentic dishes, and the heated swimming pool boasts a beautiful setting. The service quality of this long-standing five-star hotel remains consistently high, making it a top choice for luxury accommodation in Jinan.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of complimentary bottled water. The location is super convenient, surrounded by all the main attractions, and you can reach them in about a 10-minute bike ride. The breakfast offered a great variety, including local specialties like Lao Tianmo, freshly-made baozi, and Bazirou.

The room is quite spacious, and the environment is very good.
