This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. It's even better than the Shandong Hotel overall. Vicky, the manager, was incredibly welcoming. She called me before my arrival to check on my booking. Initially, I had booked a different room type, but after Vicky's recommendation, we switched to the family room, which offered much better value. Pros: Very close to Jinan Sports Center and Stadium, just across the road. However, you need to arrive 30-40 minutes early for ticket checks and to buy drinks inside the venue. Even though the decor is a bit dated, it's an old five-star hotel, so the quality is still guaranteed. The rooms are spacious enough, and the service is very attentive. Cons: I wish there were more robots for food and delivery! There are too few robots, so it's usually better to go downstairs and pick up orders like bubble tea yourself.

Came to Jinan for a Wu Bai concert. The hotel is super close to the stadium, just across the road. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but it's very clean. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the toilet; it's so outdated and doesn't have a bidet function, which was really inconvenient! I have to praise the breakfast though. There's a huge variety, and the chili next to the braised pork (bazirou) was absolutely delicious. The burritos were also great, especially the tortilla – I even wanted to pack some to take back to Shanghai, it was so fragrant! The coffee was alright, but there was no fresh milk, and room temperature milk really ruined the coffee when added to it! The multigrain bread, when toasted, was nice and crispy, and with butter, it was perfect! I'll definitely stay here again next time there's a concert, it's just too convenient!

We stayed in the family room, and the front desk thoughtfully arranged a room facing the Olympic Sports Center. The night view was beautiful. The room was spacious, and the sofa bed was very practical – it didn't feel cramped for two adults and two children. Both the outdoor and indoor pools were excellent; the kids absolutely loved them. I used to come here often. When I was a student, I'd stay for half a month straight. Coming back after several years, I noticed it hasn't changed much, just a bit older. It's very comfortable, the AC works great, and it's quiet with good soundproofing. The king bed is really comfy. The towels seem to be newly replaced – clean and odorless. The toiletries are a good selection. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Jinan.

1. The hotel is located across from the Olympic Sports Center, so the location is pretty good. It's set up as a quasi-five-star hotel, with all the expected amenities. 2. There are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 3. The service is excellent and friendly, and there's plenty of hot water. Downsides: 1. The air conditioning in the room was broken, but a technician arrived quickly. 2. The room key card didn't work to open the door, and I had to call to have another one delivered. (The video of this was less than 5 seconds, so I couldn't upload it). 3. The door was broken and wouldn't lock. 4. There were plenty of parking spaces, but I couldn't find an available spot. 5.
