Facilities: The room was exceptionally spacious, and the amenities provided were comprehensive. It definitely has an upscale feel; it must have been quite luxurious when it first opened!
Cleanliness: Cleanliness was acceptable. This hotel is admittedly a bit dated, and personally, I'm not a big fan of carpets, especially when they look like they've been there for many years. Carpets like these must be difficult to keep thoroughly clean. The bathroom/shower was also a bit disappointing; the shower head was quite high, and during a shower, the entire bathroom floor would get soaked!
Ambiance: The overall ambiance was just okay. There was a noticeable stale smell when opening the door, which might be due to the sealed windows. I'd suggest the hotel consider placing some air fresheners or deodorizers in the rooms.
Service: The service was good. Whenever we contacted the front desk, they were always quick to address any issues.
Overall: Ultimately, it's just a place to sleep, and for an average person, choosing this hotel is still a decent option, especially given how truly spacious the rooms are. Plus, for its location, the price is very affordable. A cool bonus: the "Quancheng Eye" observation wheel is right on the hotel's rooftop!
