Everything ok, really friendly staff, clean rooms! We were gifted the breakfast, thank you for the kindness! The laundry room is clean and functional, the breakfast is good, first Atour with a coffee machine that does capuccino’s! Recommend

Breakfast has almost no western options, the facilities are good thougg. Don't expect people speaking english

Located next to Daguangyuan, lots of restaurants and street food delicacies. Professional, courteous and prompt front desk, housekeeping and dining service. Clean sheets, linens and towels. Toilet and bathroom are separate which is a plus for us. Room is clean and well soundproofed despite being at a busy intersection.There's a small gym and self service laundromat. Breakfast was great, good variety of local food, fruits, pastries, savories, especially like the noodles and pancakes cooked on the spot. Good value for a 4 star hotel! Highly recommended.

The front desk service was excellent, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bathrobes came in disposable bags to avoid waste. The facilities were comprehensive, including a food delivery robot. That's all I can think of; I'm running out of words.

I chose this hotel on a whim because of its high ratings. The location is great, the hotel environment is very nice, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. They even upgraded my room for free. The room was fully equipped, and there was even a robot to deliver takeout, which was very convenient!
