During the New Year's Day holiday, I brought my family to stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent. My child was also very happy, and the overall trip was quite good. They even offer warm milk in the evenings and send follow-up messages. Five-star rating, highly recommended!

The hotel's location is very convenient, and the bedding is comfortable. They even provided complimentary fruit. However, finding long hair from a previous guest on the bathroom floor was a bit disappointing. The toiletries provided were a bit on the low-end side. The breakfast was pretty good, and the coffee was excellent.

We moved rooms twice but we did not get a perfect room. The rooms smell like cigarettes even when we requested for a non smoking room. The bathtub is clogged and won’t drain. The staff seemed bothered when we asked for help. I know it is hard to accommodate English-speaking travelers, we used translator apps to communicate, but their faces seemed annoyed at us. Though, the breakfast buffet is great. Will not be back.

People here were very friendly, kind and helpful. They offered welcome fruit and coffee/milk and more towels, slippers we asked. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice to eat, only one down thing is that they had plastic cup for coffee or hot tea. Not so far from famous tour points. We did walk.
