The room was clean and tidy. Every staff member, from the lobby to the restaurant, from security to housekeeping, was polite and enthusiastic, always ready to answer any questions. They truly showed us the warm hospitality of Shandong people! The breakfast tasted good, but the room was a bit small and outdated, definitely in need of a renovation!

Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The room was clean and odor-free, with the hygiene standards truly impressive. All necessary toiletries were provided, and there was plenty of hot water. The front desk handled both check-in and check-out efficiently, and the staff were all very kind and polite. It was quiet and not noisy at all, offering fantastic value for money. Highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at this hotel twice, in June 2024 and April 2025. It's conveniently located and the service is excellent. Last night, I called the front desk to ask for an extra duvet so my grandson could have his own blanket, and they brought it up within 3 minutes. That was incredibly thoughtful! I booked this hotel because it's advertised as a 4-star, but honestly, I don't think it lives up to that standard. The building is right next to the road, and there are steps leading up to the entrance, which makes it inconvenient if you have luggage. The facilities are a bit old, and the room was small and felt a little cramped. The breakfast area was also small, and the food selection was just average, nothing special. The only good points were that the bath towels and hand towels were individually wrapped and sterilized, which made them seem very clean and hygienic, and they provided plenty of bottled water (6 bottles).

Location of the hotel is great, very near the city center and many restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast has a lot of options, including coffee. Cleaning could improve especially in the bathroom, but overall the quality of the hotel is good, definitely worth its cost.

It's really bad. Not only are the facilities old, but the rooms are also small. I originally booked a twin suite, but it was extremely small and only had one bathroom. I was forced to get a standard room. The front desk clerk said that the standard rooms on the same floor were the so-called spring-view rooms, which were more expensive. I don't know where this spring-view room is. There's nothing but the road... [**] The room's soundproofing is also poor. Even when I close the windows at night, the sound of traffic on the road is still very clear. The air conditioning system is also very noisy. The toilet has a strong odor, and this happened in both rooms. So the overall toilet and bathroom system is probably the same... [picking nose] The hotel breakfast is a mess, and they sell things at the door in the evening. When I checked in, I asked the front desk clerk what they were selling at the door, but she ignored me... [smile] This hotel looks like an old state-owned enterprise. It may have been glorious 20 or 30 years ago, but now it seems completely out of date. When I talk about it, I can only describe it as "reminiscing about the past"... Very bad...
