The service was great! They gave us complimentary fruit, a map, and a fan, and even some snacks when we checked out. The breakfast selection was also extensive, which was a plus. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing. Our family room was on the 6th floor, and it made us feel quite uncomfortable. The view outside was indescribable (and not in a good way), and the window was small. If we had known this, we definitely wouldn't have booked the family room; two separate single rooms would have been a much better option.

Came to Jinan with my partner and kids and chose this hotel. It truly lives up to its reputation as an established CVIC hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the service was great. Very satisfied!

A big plus is the free laundry room, which includes washers and dryers, along with thoughtful touches like laundry detergent and color catchers, making it super convenient for travelers. The breakfast was plentiful and featured local specialties.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic breakfast spread, covering both Chinese and Western options. A special thank you to the hotel for noticing my large family and, anticipating we might not have enough, kindly providing double portions of fruit and even a fridge magnet! It was a very pleasant stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Daming Lake and Baotu Spring. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the shower has plenty of hot water. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and tastes great.

The hotel's location is great; turn right out the door and you're at the moat. A 20-minute walk along the river takes you to Quancheng Square, and you'll find famous springs like Black Tiger Spring along the way. In the mornings, you can see locals filling up bottles and containers with spring water. The front desk service could be improved; they seemed sluggish and didn't smile. Housekeeping, however, was better than the front desk, especially He Lili, who was very attentive. The parking attendant was responsible and easy to communicate with. The room facilities are a bit dated, which is understandable for an older hotel. There are too few washing machines, and I suggest adding more.
