Excellent hotel with a fantastic breakfast spread, covering both Chinese and Western options. A special thank you to the hotel for noticing my large family and, anticipating we might not have enough, kindly providing double portions of fruit and even a fridge magnet! It was a very pleasant stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Daming Lake and Baotu Spring. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the shower has plenty of hot water. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and tastes great.

The hotel's location is great; turn right out the door and you're at the moat. A 20-minute walk along the river takes you to Quancheng Square, and you'll find famous springs like Black Tiger Spring along the way. In the mornings, you can see locals filling up bottles and containers with spring water. The front desk service could be improved; they seemed sluggish and didn't smile. Housekeeping, however, was better than the front desk, especially He Lili, who was very attentive. The parking attendant was responsible and easy to communicate with. The room facilities are a bit dated, which is understandable for an older hotel. There are too few washing machines, and I suggest adding more.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right near Kuanhouli and Jiefang Pavilion. They provided complimentary fruit and a small gift, and the room itself was excellent. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Highly recommend for families with children.

On a road trip to Shanxi, we passed through Jinan. The hotel is located right by the moat, so we enjoyed a nice walk along the river after dinner, admiring the beautiful night views. The next day, it was just a short stroll to the lake, but we only got to explore half of it as we had to hit the road again.

The location is super convenient, really close to all the attractions, and it's surprisingly quiet at night. A special shout-out to two housekeeping staff, Gao Xiujuan and Zou Fufang, who diligently delivered complimentary fruit and drinks in the evening – it was a really warm and thoughtful touch.

Every time the hotel has a crayfish festival, I come to stay for a night. This time, I got upgraded to a suite, which was pretty nice. The room service staff, Gao Xiujuan and Zou Fufang, were great; they promptly brought extra water and blankets when requested. The only issue was that the breakfast items weren't replenished in a timely manner. The chilled milk was gone when I arrived, and even after I mentioned it to the staff, it wasn't refilled by the time I left.

I booked a smart king room, and the front desk staff upgraded me to a newly renovated suite from a few years ago. Since it was recently renovated, it was very clean – excellent! I always stay at Zhonghao when I go to Jinan; the environment is really good. Both the floor staff and front desk staff are very friendly. The breakfast offers a good variety, but it's not as good as before. The cleanliness of the tables really needs improvement; they were sticky and had oil stains.

They not only gave us a gift but also a fruit welcome basket. The breakfast was plentiful, the bed was very soft, it was clean and hygienic, and the service was thoughtful.

The hotel has convenient parking and is close to attractions like Black Tiger Spring, Baotu Spring, and Daming Lake, making it easy to get around. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the front desk staff are warm and attentive. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly. They even gave us a small gift! It's super convenient, close to all the main attractions. Breakfast was also very plentiful! Our lake-view room had a great view of Daming Lake and Chaoran Tower. Plus, it's within walking distance of several spring sites.

This is an older, classic hotel. The housekeeping was prompt, and the hotel's location is super convenient for getting to all the attractions. All the staff members were really friendly and helpful. They provided fresh fruit every day, and the breakfast spread was impressive.
