The room was clean and tidy, and the room was right next to the residential area, so it was very quiet and comfortable. Because I was traveling with a child, I asked for an extra blanket, and they kindly provided a large one. I accidentally broke my toothbrush cup while brushing my teeth and cut my hand, and they gave me disinfectant swabs and band-aids. I would like to express my gratitude again. I wish them a prosperous business and abundant wealth.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The receptionist was very kind, and the coffee was delicious.

Facilities: Fully equipped and very new. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Parking is available, which is convenient. It's a bit far from scenic spots like Baotu Spring. Service: Quite friendly.

I really like the decorating style, and the bathroom layout is quite unique. They even gave me a copy of Ulysses to read, haha.

On our first day, we stayed on the ninth floor, on the north side, near the overpass. Every time a car passed by, there was a loud bang (everyone at the hotel knew about it. When I woke up that morning, I went to the south-facing room and heard the housekeeping lady say it was noisy too). It was okay in the middle of the night, but it was really noisy after 6 a.m., and I was woken up by it at 6 a.m. The next day, we moved to a room on the seventh floor, on the south side. We couldn't hear the cars passing by anymore. The kids upstairs were jumping around from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., and couldn't stand it anymore, so they came upstairs and banged on the door. The next morning, they started jumping around again at 7 a.m. I've never been so speechless in my life. I only slept four or five hours a day. The hotel has absolutely no soundproofing. I could hear the conversations next door clearly, and the toilet flushes with a blaring sound. I'll never stay here again!!!
