If you want a room with the people in both adjacent rooms sounding like they are in your room, this is the place for you. You can hear them snoring, playing their phones and watching TV. The room has connecting doors on both sides to the adjacent rooms and the noise in them goes straight through into yours. The price should be reduced by half, then it would come in line with the standard of rooms: backpacker dorm.

The WiFi did not work at all. The room was not that great. It was priecy. The customer service agent was very rude and discourteous. Not at all helpful. There was cob web in the room and some channels did not have any video only audio. Will not consider staying in this property of Alpine next time.

We had a pleasant stay. Good location. Less than 30 mins drive to the snow ( Perisher) Would stay again.

Be careful when you book with them, they tried to charge extra for kids even you specifically mention the kids count with their ages while you book. and paid whatever amount is showing. they are expensive too. Note there was no option to modify the booking after you book. Thanks to trip.com service understanding the situation and they returned the extra money which the motel reception charged. But on the day we arrived motel saying we paid only for adults and not children ,motel customer service is unprofessional . very rude threatening not to let me in if I don't pay extra for kids..seriously. very bad and tricky situation in cold weather in night .you feel helpless as she don't want to listen to us. I won't recommend if you're booking for a family. big lesson learnt ruined the trip.

Good location, nice grounds keeper. Unfortunately fuel got stolen off motorcycles pannier while parking in parking of motel.

Nice and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. Not to far from lake Jindabyne. Will book it next time
