Taoxichuan Traders Hotel

The room was clean and tidy. Downstairs, you can just step out and explore Taoxichuan. Across from the South Gate is the Tongbin Market, which is super convenient for picking up little ceramic trinkets. "Homecoming Food" (Huijia Chifan) is also very close to the hotel; we'd grab a number in the afternoon, go back to the hotel to rest, and then head over when it was our turn – couldn't be more convenient! 😊 The twin beds in our room could be pushed together to form a really, really large bed, perfect for kids to roll around on without any issues, making it very family-friendly.

We chose this hotel for our self-driving trip. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient and free. The room was spacious, and the facilities were well-maintained and functional. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and stable water pressure. There are many restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food and explore. Overall, it was a great experience, and you can book with confidence for your trip.

Spent four days and three nights in Jingdezhen during the summer holiday. The hotel is located inside Taoxichuan Creative Park, which is super convenient for dining and supermarkets nearby. It's also not too far by taxi from the China Ceramic Museum, Taoyangli, Sanbao Village, and the Ceramic Factory. The only downside is that getting a taxi in Jingdezhen often involves an extra charge. The hotel itself is decent, its biggest plus being the excellent location. Breakfast was just okay; we skipped it one of the three mornings we were there. Overall, it's quite a convenient place to stay if you're traveling with kids.

Great hotel location – central yet peaceful, with beautiful scenery perfect for photos. There was a night market all three nights over the weekend, and it was fantastic for browsing; I stayed for two nights. The surrounding restaurants and craft studios are very convenient. If you're not into the popular influencer spots, the hotel's own restaurant is a good dining option. Breakfast was also rich and satisfying. I'm very pleased and will definitely come back again.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, right within the Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Park, repurposed from an old abandoned factory. The atmosphere at night is absolutely fantastic, perfect for taking photos or strolling with children. However, the hotel's shortcomings are also quite noticeable. The facilities inside the rooms are a bit outdated, and the user experience is just average. The advertised family room is actually very basic, with only a bunk bed and no toys, play area, or any other family-friendly amenities, which is misleading. Furthermore, the hotel's gym is small with limited equipment. Aside from its prime location and unique nighttime ambiance, the hotel doesn't offer much in terms of hardware facilities or family services, making the overall experience rather ordinary.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the environment is great too. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's definitely worth staying again.

Booked this hotel through Trip.com and was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. First off, it's conveniently located near all the attractions. Secondly, both the hotel's exterior and its surroundings are beautiful; Taoxichuan alone is worth exploring. We booked a family room, which had high ceilings and was very comfortable. A special shout-out to the restaurant: my kids were focused on their online classes and lost track of time, so by the time we got to the restaurant, it was almost closing time for lunch. However, the staff contacted the head chef, who still prepared lunch for us. A huge thank you!
