Hyatt Place Jingdezhen Taoxichuan

First off, a big thank you to Zoe Yu Qinqin at the front desk for check-in. Since it was one breakfast per room, she kindly offered an extra breakfast, which allowed both my husband and I to enjoy our meal without worry. She also gave us a complimentary light meal, which was just right for the two of us and tasted excellent. I've wanted to visit this hotel for a long time, ever since it opened. Coming here this time, I do feel it's gotten a little dated, but overall, especially the bathroom, it's still quite clean. The room amenities are good too. The breakfast also has its own unique charm.

A 'Porcelain Capital' Artistic Stay in a Red Brick Building. My visit to Jingdezhen led me to choose the Hyatt Place Jingdezhen Taoxichuan, and my overall experience far exceeded expectations. Located in Taoxichuan Phase II, the hotel is just across the street from the Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Block. It's a short walk to the market and night market, and getting to the Imperial Kiln Museum and the China Ceramic Museum by taxi is also very convenient. The room features the standard Hyatt Place style, with excellent natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. It also comes with a private balcony, offering views of distant mountains and a chance to soak in the slow pace of the Porcelain Capital. The sofa bed is very comfortable, the minibar is complimentary, and amenities are complete with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Upon check-in, the front desk assists with adding a butler on WeChat, who then sends a local food guide and travel tips. Their response time is very quick. Butler Becky provided excellent service! 👍 Breakfast was one of the highlights. The Gallery Kitchen offers specialty Jiangxi dishes like Wagan soup, rouguan egg,youtiao wrapped in glutinous rice cake, and rice noodles, with both Chinese and Western options available. The freshly ground coffee was also a big plus. Although the restaurant isn't large, the variety of food is comprehensive. Overall, this is a hotel that combines design, convenience, and great value for money. Whether you're exploring the Taoxichuan Night Market, experiencing ceramic culture, or using it as a base to discover Jingdezhen, it comes highly recommended.

The hotel boasts excellent public transport links and a superb location, with a truly impressive lobby. The room was spacious, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful and practical design – there was a dedicated space to open luggage, a spot for shoes, and a very convenient hanging area for clothes. We received complimentary drinks and fruit, and the butler was very responsive. It's incredibly close to Taoxichuan, which is a truly beautiful place. Unfortunately, it was stormy the day we visited, and many ceramics were broken, which was heartbreaking. Many trees were also down, which was sad to see. Breakfast wasn't overly elaborate, but everything offered was to my taste, and the nutritional balance was clearly well-considered. The gym was compact but not crowded, offering practical equipment for basic workouts. Both my child and I had a fantastic impression of this hotel; we had a very enjoyable two-day stay.

Walking distance to Taoxichuan, very convenient for photos and shopping. This is definitely one of Jingdezhen's more unique hotels. The breakfast ceramic pot soup was delicious, but the overall breakfast selection could use some improvement.

Overall, the experience was pretty good. The breakfast had a great variety, including some local specialties (the noodles at breakfast were delicious!). I received a call from a butler before arrival, and Zoe, our butler, provided excellent service.

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of the market. The service was good, with a warm and friendly attitude, and the breakfast spread was rich. However, the in-room facilities are a bit old and average. There aren't many TV channels, and screen mirroring isn't available. They offered a few complimentary travel photos, and we took some shots at the studio. The studio staff were very enthusiastic. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd recommend it.

The hotel's location next to Taoxichuan is super convenient for dining and getting around, with many popular 'influencer' spots nearby. The hotel itself is quiet and comfortable, not noisy at all. A special shout-out to the security guard at the entrance who greets guests warmly. There are no delivery lockers or robots, so you have to go downstairs to pick up your food orders. Overall, it's pretty good.

The hotel's location is excellent, and both the rooms and common areas are very well-maintained. It offers great value for money, and the service is very attentive. Definitely worth a return stay.

The location is great, within walking distance to Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Block. It's so convenient to walk there for night views and the market in the evening. Getting to other attractions is also easy; it only takes about ten minutes by taxi to the Imperial Kiln Museum and Sanbao Village. The hotel service was excellent; originally, the room only included one breakfast, but when we checked in, they saw there were two of us and proactively added another one. It was also very quiet at night. I'm very satisfied with this trip.
