MM231331****Opened just last year, this is our second homestay in Xishuangbanna. It's quite spacious. Since it was the off-season, the front desk attendant proactively upgraded us to a room with a small courtyard. While it wasn't particularly useful for us, it shows good service awareness. The renovation quality is also good; the color scheme for the tea cabinet and faucets in the room is quite bold and a bit innovative. The room has high ceilings, which makes it feel un-cramped but also lacks a cozy atmosphere. What I do need to complain about is that the water wasn't hot enough. It's December, and it clearly didn't feel like it reached 40 degrees Celsius.

MM18908****This hotel is a hidden gem! I booked a special offer room, and they assigned us a cave-themed room. My girlfriend absolutely loved it, and it was perfect for photos. The service was excellent, with free airport pickup and complimentary breakfast. The room even had coffee and Pu'er tea, and it was immaculately clean. The only minor thing is that there's no window, but with the air conditioning and fresh air system, it wasn't an issue at all. The room was very quiet. Downstairs, there are electric scooter rentals, a supermarket, and all sorts of local eateries. Highly recommend!

The Starlight Night Market is just a few hundred meters walk to the south, and there are countless dining options nearby. Parking at the hotel is convenient, with helpful bellboys assisting with parking and unloading luggage. The staff are consistently friendly and greet guests warmly. This hotel also offers a 'private butler' service. After booking and on the eve of arrival, they proactively contact guests to provide hotel information. However, during our stay, we typically addressed any issues directly with the front desk or floor attendants, rather than through the butler. Our room wasn't huge, but it was spacious enough to open two suitcases without obstructing the walkway. The balcony glass provided excellent sound insulation, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area. The hotel lobby offers complimentary ice cream to guests, which was a welcome treat after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast is served on the 17th floor, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, along with a pleasant view. The only drawback is that the elevator only goes up to the 16th floor, so you have to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the breakfast area. This might be a consideration for guests with mobility issues. Overall, it's a very good hotel.

HHaitunFor our family trip with 3 adults and 3 children, the room we booked was just perfect. It was clean, spacious, and uncluttered, exactly as shown in the official photos. We spent the first two days at a guesthouse in Gaozhuang, then opted for this hotel for the next three. Our primary reasons were the better perceived service and safety for a family with kids, as well as the convenient buffet breakfast. We were also particularly drawn to their swimming pool, which the children absolutely loved spending time in. Additionally, there's a spacious rooftop sky garden that's great for photos. Parking is very convenient, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. While the hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, with some unfinished construction nearby, it wasn't noisy at all and remained very quiet. Plus, getting around by taxi was surprisingly easy and convenient. The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming.

It was clean, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly until morning. What's even better is the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the Starlight Night Market every half hour, making transportation worry-free. The breakfast had a rich variety of options, and enjoying it with a panoramic city view set a wonderful mood for the entire day!

MM22654****The hotel is huge and offers a lot of activities for kids. They have complimentary workshops like making Dai-style umbrellas and pottery. There are also many cute animals like peacocks, alpacas, and even talking birds. It feels like staying in a forest park, and it's perfect for taking pictures. Plus, it's super close to the Dai Show theater, which is definitely worth seeing in the evening! Victoria provided excellent service, and overall, I had a great experience.

Rraymond200909On the positive side, the hotel has quite a few recreational facilities, and the room amenities are decent and relatively new. On the negative side, the biggest problem is the excessive dampness in the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in, and although the hotel changed the bedding, it didn't help much. This might be due to the humid air during the rainy season in Xishuangbanna, but two things puzzled me: 1) The front desk said no one else had reported this issue before. 2) I stayed at three hotels during this trip, and Zhucheng was the third. The other two were right next to Zhucheng, and their rooms didn't feel noticeably damp. Also, the hotel room didn't pay enough attention to some details. The sofa arrangement prevented the curtains from closing completely automatically; I had to manually close them. The refrigerator was also quite noisy, which affected my sleep.

GGuest UserAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels. 尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！评价酒店已下部门：卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。
