The French-inspired design is absolutely beautiful, and the smart home system is super convenient. My kids loved the pool! Plus, everything you need, from dining to shopping and transportation, is right nearby. We had a very comfortable stay!

The service attitude was quite cold, and they didn't seem to know anything I asked. It's strange that local staff working at the hotel didn't know about local tourist attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the facilities are great. Everything was good, except for the service attitude.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The toilet smelled really bad, and the smart toilet would flush randomly, splashing water all over me. The garden was always slippery, and you could easily fall if you weren't careful. Housekeeping was also poor; the floor was still wet after they cleaned, and tissues weren't refilled promptly. The soundproofing was terrible; you could hear everything from outside. The air conditioning set at 20 degrees Celsius didn't cool at all.

Facilities: The French aesthetic is absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor featuring lush greenery paired with black and white – perfect for photoshoots. We had airport pickup service in a spacious GL8 business seven-seater. The lobby offers complimentary self-serve refreshments like fresh flower cakes and Pu'er tea, plenty for everyone. The room also thoughtfully provided disposable bath liners and toilet seat covers, which was very convenient. Cleanliness: All the glass throughout the hotel was spotless. However, the room's disinfection needs improvement. Before going to bed, I found a lot of large ants near the sink, which scared me! Thankfully, the butler responded quickly and brought insecticide. Environment: It's right in the city center, and the soundproofing is decent. Getting a taxi can be a bit of a hassle due to potential traffic, but it's very convenient for walking around, and it's close to Gaozhuang.

The hotel is beautiful and very photogenic, offering excellent value for money. **Service:** Extremely satisfied. We had a lot of luggage, and the staff proactively helped us from check-in to check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. **Environment:** If you love taking photos, don't hesitate to book here. You'll easily spend a good two to three hours snapping pictures without getting bored. **Four Seasons Wellness Hot Drinks:** The lobby had a variety of teas, snacks, and candies. My kids didn't even want to go back to the room! 😂

The room was great, and the hotel offered complimentary pick-up service from both the train station and airport. They also have a concierge WeChat group, and even gave a small gift upon departure. The hotel environment is excellent and very picturesque. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of good food and entertainment nearby, and it's very close to the Starlight Night Market. Definitely great value for money!

This hotel is located right inside the Gaoshuang scenic area, making it super convenient to get to the Starlight Night Market. The interior design has a lovely South French style, and the overall environment inside is quite good and relatively clean. The rooms are also pretty spacious. The staff are very welcoming and attentive, always happy to help with anything you need. I saw a lot of young people taking photos here, so it offers good value for money.

The hotel has excellent style and taste, with complete facilities. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and even provided a welcome gift. Luggage storage was also very convenient. The pool has both cold and warm water, which is great for kids to play in this season. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.
