AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!
Fake Everything - Systematic Fraud:
Fake photos of the entrance. Fake "river view" - it's actually a big road. Fake swimming pool (closed, brown filthy water with dead insects, never disclosed on booking page). Fake claims about English-speaking staff. Fake "non-smoking rooms" - they don't really exist, every room reeks of cigarettes. Fake breakfast photos showing variety that doesn't exist. The ownership and reception staff lie with a **** mentality, manipulating and wasting guests' time.
Dangerous Atmosphere - Constant Alert:
Groups of chubby, bad-mannered men in dirty clothes - chainsmokers and spitters - roam the hotel in packs as if they own it. One was literally tying his pants as he walked out with his group. Dirty pigs. They smoke freely in the lobby next to no-smoking signs, block your right of way, and dominate common areas. I suspect they're staying for free - when reception was desperately searching for a room that didn't reek of cigarettes, she knocked on normally unoccupied doors as if suspecting these pig gangs might be in one of them. These men seem to ruin every room with their habits and who knows what else. They appear to be part of ownership, which explains the hotel's thug-like operation.
The Lobby is an Uncontrolled Zoo:
Complete chaos. Guests scream constantly. Children run wild with zero parental control - one nearly spilled my drink onto my laptop. Staff enforce nothing. Between the intimidating groups of rough men and out-of-control guests and their kids, you're on constant alert just existing in common areas.
Filth Everywhere:
Food crumbs in elevators. Sticky lobby floors. Stained curtains and carpets in rooms. A cleaning staff auntie spat into the sink directly next to the coffee machine in the lobby. Laundry machines are disgusting, one broke down. Despite booking non-smoking, we changed rooms multiple times before finding one with barely tolerable cigarette smell. The entire hotel reeks.
Breakfast is a Complete Scam:
Photos show impressive spreads with fruits, cakes, pastries, cereals. Reality: nearly empty from the start, minimal trays with the same food daily - cabbage and red meat, repeated endlessly. Food isn't refilled, gets cold. Zero Western or vegetarian options despite being advertised - just meat everywhere. I suspect the food isn't even fresh. Kitchen staff touch food without gloves. The auntie from the kitchen should understand she's working in a hotel, not a pig farm. One male chef looked professional and one male cleaner seemed willing and nice - they were the exceptions. The rest appeared incompetent and disinterested.
Noise Makes Rest and Productivity Impossible:
Restaurant directly above rooms creates extremely loud furniture-moving noise that wakes me up every single morning and continues throughout the day. Combined with the lobby zoo, construction noise, and general chaos - completely impossible to focus on laptop work or get proper sleep. The location is isolated, making food delivery difficult, so you're trapped.
Reception Staff - Liars with Smiles:
They lied about the pool being available, pretending it was open and wasting my time when it was obviously closed and unmaintained - the water is filthy brown with dead insects inside. I had to insist they address someone smoking - basically doing their job for them. Nice faces hiding dishonest practices.
Housekeeping System Failure:
According to housekeeping staff, the "do not disturb" sign disappeared from our door. Housekeeping entered when we didn't want service, removed items from our bed, and touched our belongings. The lady herself was sweet, but the system failed completely.
Bottom Line:
This hotel operates on systematic fraud with a **** mentality. Fake photos, false advertising, lies about amenities - deception at every level. The environment keeps you on constant alert with intimidating pig gangs and uncontrolled chaos. Rough, untrained staff who don't belong in hospitality, with rare except
