The hotel isn't on the main street. Let's start with the positives: the room is large, it offers great value for money, the facilities are quite good, and the staff are friendly. The front desk is also very responsive via WeChat. On the downside: breakfast is very mediocre, and if you go 40 minutes before closing, there's hardly anything left and they don't replenish it. Projecting onto the screen is too complicated. Also, I asked for clothes hangers for three days but never received them. These are all areas that could be improved, and if they were, the hotel would be even better. Because the price is very fair, I'm still giving it a 5-star rating, and the cons won't deduct from that.

Our last night in Xishuangbanna was spent at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the family suite was perfect for a family trip. The front desk staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was exquisite. An excellent stay! Facilities: Good, brand new, automated. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Very good. Service: Warm and attentive. The rooftop garden and small pool are a highlight. Even though it was my first time staying here, having booked online, it truly lives up to its reputation. The breakfast was also very generous, and it offers great value for money.
