After staying one night in our initial room, we discovered that the TV, phone, and Wi-Fi signal were all down and not working. We reported this to the staff, who quickly addressed the issue. They informed us that it couldn't be fixed immediately and promptly arranged a room upgrade and transfer. Their response was very fast, and they kept us updated throughout the process. A big thank you to our butler, Dakeke, for taking care of us during our stay ❤️ We would definitely consider staying here again.

Honestly, this was my first time staying at one of their hotels, and it was quite disappointing. After staying at so many five-star hotels, this was the first time I had to complain multiple times about cleanliness. The first time, the butler said they were busy cleaning rooms and wouldn't get to mine until after 2:30 PM. I contacted the butler at 2:50 PM, meaning my room still hadn't been cleaned by then. They then told me to contact them immediately the next time I left the room, and they would arrange for it to be cleaned right away. Well, then there was a second incident where the room wasn't cleaned. I informed them around 11 AM that I had already left. When I returned around 4 PM, it still hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk, then contacted the butler again, and after about half an hour, someone finally came to clean it – quite an ordeal. I only stayed for 5 nights, and the room wasn't cleaned on 2 of those days. If they don't have the capacity, they shouldn't sell so many rooms. The soft services don't keep up with the room sales; it's truly terrible. The butler was just for show, couldn't solve any problems. Plus, the hotel facilities are old. This was the first hotel I've stayed in that didn't have USB outlets; they provided a Bull extension cord instead, which I found hilarious. However, the environment itself was quite good. The hotel's in-house photography service was great. The photos turned out really well, and the photographers and makeup artists were all very enthusiastic.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and while the room facilities weren't brand new, they were very well maintained. The entire hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a high concentration of negative oxygen ions, which made for a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel, despite its rich history, didn't feel old-fashioned at all. With a lovely courtyard in front and a pool terrace in the back, we had a very comfortable stay, and our child loved it too. My only regret is that we only booked for one night this time; next time, we'll definitely stay for a couple more days. Even though our visit was short, we got to enjoy swimming, picking dragon fruit, the kids' play area, the spa, and a travel photoshoot, among other things. The complimentary photoshoot offered by the hotel was excellent; the photographer was very dedicated, taking us to several beautiful spots for pictures. The edits looked natural, and I couldn't resist adding more photos to our package.

Anna's service was excellent! She was very responsive to any questions or issues. The environment is beautiful, with a peacock garden and an orchard. They offer a shuttle service, which makes it very convenient to get around. It's a great place to explore and perfect for a vacation!

Perfect for family trips! The butler was very attentive, and the hotel even offered a dragon fruit picking experience. Breakfast had a great variety, the room was very clean, and the hotel environment was lovely and peaceful with not too many people. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool.

The hotel's ambiance is absolutely amazing! It's so quiet, with a pleasant temperature and low humidity, making for a really comfortable stay. The greenery is incredible; it truly feels like living in nature, and bonus, no mosquitoes or bugs! 👍 The staff are also super enthusiastic and helpful. Plus, the hotel offers a complimentary travel photoshoot, and the pictures turned out fantastic – much better than anything we could have taken ourselves.

My overall stay was excellent. The cleanliness was meticulous; the desk, floor, and bathroom were all spotless and odor-free. The facilities were complete and functional, with plenty of hot water and a quiet, non-disruptive air conditioner. The staff were gentle and considerate, responding promptly to my needs. The location is convenient, quiet, and not noisy, ensuring an undisturbed rest. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

The environment here is great, and the rooms are very comfortable. They even gave us a free room upgrade, which was fantastic. This hotel is perfect for just chilling out. The service attitude is excellent, especially the pick-up driver who was incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastically introduced local tours and attractions. I'll definitely be staying here again.
