Fabulous hotel. Stylish room with high standard amenities in the room. Great shampoo! It's a bit hard to find but we managed to get a Didi from the high speed railway station for 32 RMB. There is an elevator inside the 99Y clothes store that brings you to the 4th floor. A woman in a very simple room will give you your key. The hotel seems to have a different name in English: Aina Hotel. Regardless, it isn't so easy to find for an English speaker. The room is spacious and cosy. Comfortable bedding. Very well designed sitting area. Ceinling fan and Air-conditioning. Large flat screen TV. I loved the teapot and cup set. The hotel gives a nice tea and honey as a free gift. We weren't disturbed by noise despite it being in a popular tourist area. Everything is close by too. Fun to visit the park along the river. We went 2 nights there. I highly recommend.

The location of Aina Hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's just a two-minute walk to the Starlight Night Market, saving you taxi fare after a night out. The 300-square-meter rooftop viewing terrace is the biggest highlight, offering panoramic views of Gaozhuang and the Golden Pagoda at night – perfect for photos that get tons of likes on social media. Although the rooms are inexpensive, they're fully equipped, and the bedding is clean and comfortable, totally worth the price. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, helping us with our luggage and even recommending nearby restaurants. The best part is the proximity to the Peacock Tower, just a few minutes' walk away – it truly felt like home. Overall, it's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xishuangbanna.

During the day, you could see the Golden Pagoda gleaming in the distance, and at dusk, the silhouette of the Peacock Tower was breathtaking in the sunset. At night, the breeze and the lights of the night market made every photo a potential social media sensation. The receptionist even proactively reminded me of the best times for taking pictures – such thoughtful service! The details were also excellent; there was a rest area on the terrace with complimentary tea. I spent every day on the terrace during my stay and never wanted to leave.
