Ramada Encore Hotel Xishuangbanna (Splashing Square)

The hotel is conveniently located with great transport links. The front desk staff were gentle and polite. The room felt fresh and clean, and the bed linen, bath towels, and hand towels all looked impeccably clean and trustworthy. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, and the local black coffee was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Xishuangbanna.

Booking this hotel was the best decision of the entire trip! They even upgraded my room for free upon check-in, I think it came with a small balcony. The hotel is conveniently located next to Jinghong's Water Splashing Square, making transportation a breeze. You can grab an e-bike to Starlight Night Market and Manting Park, or take a direct shuttle bus to attractions further afield, or even rent a car which they deliver to you. For food, we tried the Junhuangfu hotpot nearby, and it was delicious. After three days of Starlight Night Market, we were a bit tired of it, so we discovered Binjiang Park and the riverside night market right next door, which was also quite interesting to explore. It's truly excellent, highly recommended!

After comparing many options, I finally chose this hotel and it didn't disappoint. It's super convenient to get everywhere quickly, making for a great travel experience. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good; if you want to try something different, there's a snack street right next door where you can grab some local treats. The airport transfer service was also a thoughtful touch. Landing in Xishuangbanna when it's so hot, it was great to be able to go straight to the hotel, relax a bit, and then explore the nearby area. I came for the Water Splashing Festival, and they even provided disposable towels to guests on the day. I have to mention, after getting splashed, it was really cold, so being able to walk just a few minutes back to the hotel for a hot shower was incredibly comfortable. It's clean, tidy, comfortable, and convenient – I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

This was my first trip to Xishuangbanna, and considering the local transportation and the holiday season, I ultimately chose this hotel. The hotel is very thoughtful, the facilities are great, and the room was clean and tidy. Housekeeping was also very prompt. There's a food street right next to the hotel, which is super convenient, and all the food and drinks there were delicious. It's just a 10-minute walk to Baixiang Beach to release Kongming lanterns, and getting to the Starlight Night Market by car is quick. The Water Splashing Plaza is even closer – just a three-minute walk out the door and to the left. If you get tired, you can quickly head back to the hotel to change and rest, which saved a lot of travel time. Overall, staying at this hotel really enhanced my experience in Xishuangbanna. It's incredibly convenient, and I highly recommend it!

The room was spacious. The hotel arranged a private transfer for us after we landed. Breakfast was a bit simple, there wasn't much variety. The rooftop area was nice. It's located right next to a RT-Mart, which makes shopping and getting around very convenient.
