"We booked this hotel for a 4-day May Day holiday trip. We have to say it was pretty awesome. The room was very spacious, had a great view of downtown and best of all was centrally located in Jinghong City. As a foreigner there were plenty of shops, a McDonald’s and Starbucks across the street. My friend being Chinese, loved all the local food places and the night market just outside with several souvenir shops. The staff was very helpful, they helped us plan trips as well. There is a public shuttle station nearby for tourists that provides a cheap alternative to taxis. All amenities were included and the bath tub was a pleasant surprise. I’d highly recommend this hotel!"

The room was incredibly comfortable, with two balconies – I rarely come across hotels with dual balconies – offering direct, unbeatable views of the Lancang River. It was clean and hygienic, the service was warm and welcoming, and getting around was a breeze. The natural light and ventilation were excellent. The breakfast was especially fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes, including both Chinese and Western options, and various beverages. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel, with its Dai-style garden architecture, is incredibly picturesque, perfect for taking photos. I took some lovely pictures of my child here, which saved us the hassle of dealing with crowded influencer spots. The hotel offers a private butler service that caters to all sorts of personalized requests. During the summer vacation, they also had many activities specifically for children, which my child absolutely loved. The only minor inconvenience is that it's not as surrounded by amenities as a city-center hotel, but it's a trade-off I'm willing to make; the relaxation and tranquility here exceeded my expectations."

"The room was really nice: we had a washing machine and a very nice dining area (Asian style); room was clean and very bright and spacious. Playground was very nice although needed some care and renovation but kids being kids don’t really care about the looks. The worst was the breakfast: crowded, dirty tables, cold food. There was a good variety of Chinese food and some bread and butter but the overall environment was not nice. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay very much."

"This time in Xishuangbanna, I stayed at the same hotel as Jiang Chao and Madina! The location is absolutely amazing! It's right next to the Grand Pagoda, and just a 50-meter walk to the Starlight Night Market, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. Plus, the rainforest garden in the central courtyard and the 6th-floor wedding lawn are incredibly photogenic – you can even snap pictures directly with the Grand Pagoda! I especially love their transparent infinity pool on the roof; it reflects the blue sky during the day and offers stargazing at night. Swimming when no one else is around in the evening is truly blissful~ They also offer one-on-one butler service, and there's a laundry room on every floor. The buffet breakfast is super rich with both Chinese and Western options! I was very satisfied with the food~"

"Everything was great, except I have to warn everyone to avoid this brand's shampoo! Don't use it! Your hair will stick together after washing and you won't be able to blow-dry it! Aside from that, I'm very satisfied with everything else!"

"On January 31st, our first night, we were too tired from traveling to check the bedding. On February 1st, after a full day out, my child got into bed, and when I followed, she screamed because there were a lot of ants crawling on the bed—not just one, but many. After a closer look, we also found stains on the sheets. It was almost midnight, and we had to go through the hassle of changing rooms. My child was still shaken, and I was itching all over, breaking out in red welts when I scratched, suspecting ant bites. My child also started developing a fever. Our beautifully planned trip was ruined by this hotel experience. Our request for a refund was denied."

"Because we were planning to take the kids to the Dai Ethnic Garden for water splashing and the Botanical Garden, we booked this hotel a day in advance. It's very close to the Dai Ethnic Garden and only a 30-minute walk to the Botanical Garden—so convenient! The environment is incredibly quiet and pleasant. The entire hotel has a Southeast Asian atmosphere, giving it a very exotic feel! I booked a suite, and the room was surprisingly large! The kids could run around freely in the room! The spacing between suites is perfect—elderly people can rest while children can relax without disturbing each other! After checking in, we could go directly to the Dai Ethnic Garden that night. We could then go to the Botanical Garden the next day after waking up naturally! Perfect?"

I called the hotel staff, and they said I brought it back from outside. I showered last night. The tick must have been in the room."
