Tongling Weilong Homestay

The room was very clean, and opening the window revealed a beautiful pastoral landscape. The aunt and uncle were very warm and welcoming; the aunt even cooks wonderfully. The house is near Tongling Grand Canyon, just a 5-6 minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The only minor inconvenience was the town's transportation. The bus only stopped at Gulong Station, about 1km from Tongling, but luckily, the aunt came to pick us up and drop us off.

The room was clean and tidy, and the rural scenery was beautiful.

The rural guesthouses are quite basic and can't compare to hotels, but they're conveniently located near Tongling Grand Canyon and Gulongshan Grand Canyon. The owners are friendly, and the food they cook is decent.

Actually, it's not bad. It's quiet at night, there's parking available, and all the necessary toiletries are provided. The room is quite clean, but I'm not used to the squat toilet.

The landlady was very nice 👍, and gave us detailed explanations about the two canyon scenic areas, preparing us for the climb up the steps. There are large fields near the hotel, and the scenery was beautiful in the morning! I slept well; it was quiet, and I didn't hear any roosters crowing. It would have been even better if the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area; the bathroom with a window was a bit cold when showering.
