"Our family traveled and stayed at R&F Wanda Realm Hotel in Jingzhou. The hotel is not far from the ancient city and is convenient for sightseeing. Miss Zhao, who received us at the front desk, was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage (there was also a wheelchair, and my 90-year-old mother was accompanying us), she asked the concierge to help deliver the luggage to the room. Thank you!

"The room was spotlessly clean and spacious enough. Even though it's a newly opened hotel, there was no unpleasant smell of fresh renovation. The soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway. The security guard on the ground floor was very friendly and helpful, assisting with parking. The front desk staff were courteous, and both check-in and check-out went very smoothly. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jingzhou."

The room was spacious and bright, with exquisite furnishings that made it feel incredibly comfortable and inviting. The bedding and toiletries were of high quality, making me feel right at home.
The hotel's location is excellent, close to the city and business district, and within walking distance of many attractions and shopping options. Furthermore, the hotel offers a free shuttle service, which saved us considerable time and energy while exploring the city.

It was already more than seven o'clock when we arrived in Jingzhou. The first one praised the security guard at the door. We were asking about the entrance of the underground parking lot. The security guard was particularly responsible. Not only did he introduce us, but also ran to the intersection to help us guide the way. This responsibility and seriousness are moving! In addition, the underground parking lot is very large, there are plenty of parking spaces, and there is also a special elevator directly to the lobby and guest rooms. The charging pile is slow charging, but there is a ground security booth on the edge of the ground, and there is no underground parking lot.
The room is large, separated from wet and dry, and the moving line is reasonable. The shower water pressure is large, the shower is dense and very comfortable. The window is double-layered hollow, equivalent to four layers of glass (see picture), soundproofing is very good, and facing the residential area, very quiet.
The breakfast environment is very good, although the variety is not too much, but I want everything, coffee, fried eggs, corn, etc. The service of the noodle stall is also very good and very warm.
The disadvantage is that the elevator does not need to swipe the card to enter the guest room floor, which does not feel very safe. Second, the sanitation of the underground parking lot is not very good. We didn't see cleaning for two days. There was a lot of paper garbage on the ground. It was less than ten o'clock in the morning until the third day. I saw someone washing the ground, but the cleaning time did not affect the guests. Travel. Third, the sound insulation inside the room is not good. This is a common problem in many hotels. The movement in the corridor is clear.

GGuest UserI’ve always like Ji Hotel. The decor is consistent and classic. The location for this hotel is quiet and it suits my purpose for this trip to Jingzhou. The 阿姨 there brings out the microwave oven to help me heat up my food even though they are having their lunch. She even remembers that I stayed at level 10. Very good customer service.
The other interesting observation is that this outlet doesn’t have urine smell on the engineered wood floor at the toilet. I think the 阿姨did a good job in cleaning.

The most incredible experience was the helpfulness of the staff named 青青 at the front desk. Our wifi on the phones was very slow when we connected to the system in the room. 青青 was very very patient to check out our phones and reprocessed the whole setting to make the wifi go smooth and perfect!!

There is a laundry room but it is not used because there is thick mud on the inner circle. It is recommended to clean it every day.

SShuipingzuodeguoguoI take my old mother or daughter out several times every year. This is the first time I chose Berman because reviews said it was very close to the ancient city scenic spot. The hotel is located on a back street, which is relatively quiet. The disadvantage is that it gets dark very early in the evening, and you can't even find a place for late-night snacks, so you can only order takeout. The hotel is about fifteen minutes' walk from Binyang Tower and Zhang Juzheng's former residence, about half an hour's walk from Wanda, and it takes more than a dozen bus stops to reach Beijing Road and Daidaxiang Food Street. I didn’t go to other scenic spots because of the elder’s health and time constraints.
Talk about feelings. On the first night of my stay, a male chef helped kill three huge mosquitoes hanging on the roof with an electric mosquito swatter. On the second day, I killed two by myself. There were also more mosquitoes in the corridor. Open the door. There is always a fear of taking advantage of a weak point. There is always some light-colored water next to the toilet in the bathroom. I don't know where the leak is. Since I only stayed for two nights, I didn't bother to take care of it. When I checked in, I specifically asked for a room facing the parking lot because reviews said rooms facing the street would be a bit noisy. As a result, I was woken up by trucks cleaning garbage in the parking lot at around 5 a.m. on both days. The breakfast is mediocre, with not many varieties, and the restaurant is not big. If you want to eat eggs, you have to ask the waiter for them, and they will get them from the kitchen.
In view of the above factors, the price of more than 390 feels a bit awkward. It may be that the price has increased during the Dragon Boat Festival, because I just saw on Dianping that it was only around 170 today. I don’t know if it is Ctrip or the hotel’s pricing problem. Overall, wouldn't go back again. Oh, the free pick-up service is OK, and the beautiful driver has a very nice attitude, which is the highlight.
