The yard is full of fart bugs and bats. The fence design is not reasonable. Guests living next door have very little privacy from each other. can see. There are no supporting facilities at all, which is very inconvenient. Not even a decent parking lot. Cars are left on the side of the road!

金湖水上森林絕對是一個景美、安靜的地方，太適合自駕遊了。君瀾酒店就在景區裏，住在景區裏，可以在景區裏玩一整天。入住的是杉景房，外面就是成片的杉樹林。酒店現場對接人袁小哥哥，非常非常的熱情，我們入住第一天到的晚了，他還用小廚房給我們做了夜宵，一大盤餃子，真的太感動了。不管是乘坐竹筏漂流在水上森林中，還是躺在吊牀上在靜謐的杉樹林休憩，時光彷彿靜止，衹留天地和自己。靜下來，休息一下。

這個酒店對假期人流量大的情況完全沒有準備，服務差的離譜。五一人多景區門口一條邊停了一公里的車，開到景區門口打電話給酒店前台問怎麼進去，前台説走錯了，説她們酒店離景區還有一段距離，結果回頭之後發現她説的路線不對，又打電話，換了個男的接電話，又説剛剛走的是對的，一來一回浪費時間不説，門口堵的車更多了。最後停在外面步行大概15公里走進去，反應這個問題前台連一句道歉都沒有。走到景區門口還得走一段路去前台登記，然後去房間也要走一截路，全程步行。酒店還沒有午餐，也需要走大概一公里左右去景區裏的餐廳，人爆滿，餐品質量一般。酒店早餐也是人爆滿。千萬別去！

房間特別好，杉景房的陽台正對着白鷺密集的水杉林，在陽台上看着白鷺翻飛，聞着青草幽香，心情極是舒暢。房間內衞生很好，陽台和門口都有很嚴密的紗門防蚊蟲，畢竟是在濕地公園，有環境就必有蚊蟲，小心關好紗門就行。服務員都很熱情，見面打招呼，推薦遊玩路線。管家小袁很貼心地提前給開開電褥子暖着被窩，房間裏放了線香和打火機，還有筆墨紙硯，配着一支窈窕的二月蘭，房間裏禪意十足。酒店很好找，跟着百度地圖走就到大門口了，然後打給酒店前台就會開着小車來接，自己的車停在景區大門內側就行，離前台也不遠，對自駕遊很友好。
