The front desk staff were friendly, the hotel rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient – ​​a 30-minute taxi ride to the airport. There were night markets and supermarkets nearby, offering a wide variety of food options. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and odor-free! I would recommend it to my colleagues, and I would book it again next time I go on a business trip. The air conditioning was powerful, and the cleanliness was quite good. The preserved vegetable pancakes for breakfast were delicious!

The room was okay, but the breakfast was really terrible. Children had to pay extra. We bought tickets around 8:30 am and went in, only to find there was almost no food... It was a rip-off.

Overall, it was very mediocre, and the price wasn't cheap either, yet it was very disappointing. First, the room key was broken and couldn't be used, and there was no replacement card available – very frustrating. Second, there were no children's amenities, so I had to ask for an adult's, but it never arrived, and I ended up getting it from the lobby myself. Third, there was a huge noise in the room after nightfall, a continuous humming sound. I was woken up and asked the front desk, who said it was equipment noise. Their solution of providing earplugs was utterly ridiculous! This is how I spent a sleepless night!

It was incredibly hot the first night. The room's air conditioning was on, and I was so hot I had to take a shower in the middle of the night. I called the front desk, and all I got was an apology. It was truly unbearable, but I decided to just bear with it. Then, around 8 am the next morning, there was some kind of renovation going on, and it really cracked. I hadn't slept well the night before. The young lady at the front desk was kind enough to change my room, but the air conditioning in the new room was broken! I was speechless. I'm giving the extra two stars to the receptionist who changed my room; everything else was terrible. I'd rather sleep in a hotel; at least there's air conditioning. Facilities: Absolutely awful.

What's wrong with the receptionist on the day shift? My room key is invalid and I can't get into my room. I need to get a new key, and she's so impatient, always yelling and babbling.
