The space is very generous, the environment is clean and tidy, and the service is excellent.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very peacefully at night. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. They were also quick to respond to any questions or issues I had. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

I booked this hotel for my trip, and it exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, making it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The room was bright and clean, with no unpleasant odors, and all toiletries were provided. The housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive to any needs. The overall environment was tranquil and elegant; I really relaxed here after a long journey. Definitely worth staying here again!

The room size was acceptable, but the cleanliness was appalling. There was hair on the pillow, and it smelled of shampoo, clearly indicating it hadn't been changed. The toilet wastebasket still contained old paper. Most importantly, the bed made a very loud noise when you turned over; any movement was a bang. The soundproofing was terrible; you could hear everything in the hallway. All the breakfast dishes looked like they'd been sitting out for days, very stale. There was no milk or juice, just very watery porridge and white fungus soup… It was really just a perfunctory meal. I really can't justify such a high rating.

1. The service was poor; I didn't see a single smile throughout. 2. The facilities were old; the showerhead had very weak water pressure, and the shampoo was of very low quality. 3. The room wasn't cleaned properly. 4. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room. 5. The location was good, with all necessary amenities nearby. 6. Although there were many problems, the efficiency in resolving them was commendable. They even offered extra compensation for late check-out. 7. Overall, not suitable for overnight stays.
