So comfortable! The mattress was incredibly comfortable! The dim lighting was very conducive to sleep, and the surroundings were super quiet. It's really convenient if you're here to take Nyonya-style photos, and the guesthouse itself is very photogenic. The service was also very thoughtful; thanks to the host for the complimentary sweet potato porridge and snacks for breakfast~

The environment here is lovely, every shot is picturesque. I'm an early riser, so I didn't mind being woken up by the morning light and birdsong. The hotel also provides eye masks and earplugs, which is a nice touch.

Traveling solo to Quanzhou, this guesthouse was my first stop. I didn't have any plans or research done, so I just blindly picked a place to stay, and it turned out to be full of pleasant surprises! When I couldn't get a taxi at Quanzhou South Station, the guesthouse owner kindly helped me hail one. After checking in, maybe because they saw I was alone, they invited me to play with their cats. That's how I met a bunch of new friends, and we ended up exploring the ancient town together that night, unlocking a completely different travel experience. It was definitely not a lonely night at all! The next day, I even had coffee and explored Bagua Street with my new friends. It truly was a magic trip! Environment: The building has an antique charm, very characteristic of the local area, and the guesthouse environment is excellent. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Thoughtful and attentive, I didn't feel lonely at all, even traveling by myself. I highly recommend everyone try this guesthouse!

For my trip to Quanzhou, I booked a room near the South Railway Station on my return journey. The service was excellent; the staff were very helpful and even offered to assist with my luggage. The room was quite unique. It's a great transit point between the old town and the Golden Coast, very close to the South Railway Station—only a 10-minute walk!

Because of my interest in architecture, I decided to visit Wulin, and it certainly didn't disappoint! It's an hour's drive from Quanzhou Old Town, and only about 10 minutes from Quanzhou South Railway Station. I love staying in guesthouses when I travel, as it allows me to experience the local culture. I chose to stay at Ai Hai Lan, a guesthouse converted from a traditional Western-style building. I had just finished a Peranakan travel photoshoot during the day, and tonight I was fortunate enough to be assigned to the room where the original owner's daughter stayed—she's also Peranakan, so the experience was amazing! The renovation was perfect, preserving the original architectural style and features beautifully. The aesthetics were impeccable, making for great photos. The amenities and bedding were very thoughtful, many being from Sam's Club, and they even provided mugwort eye masks and rose petal aromatherapy! The owner even left a little memo, mentioning that the bedding was the same NASA-style D-pressure mattress, and I slept soundly until my alarm went off. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming. In the evening, I enjoyed coffee at the bar while the owner explained the history of the local architecture, which made visiting the buildings even more enjoyable. In short, five stars!

It's a super unique guesthouse right inside the scenic area. I met the founder (who's a handsome young man!), and he even introduced me to the rooms, though I only vaguely understood them 😊 I also met a super nice young man at the front desk who helped me take some photos 😘. Can you believe how amazing the service is? 😁😁 The environment is fantastic, right next to the attractions, and just a short walk from the center of the scenic area. The experience was amazing.

Traveling alone to Wulin, I was pleasantly surprised by a warm and unexpected experience. The day before my arrival, the owner, Xiaoyu, proactively contacted me, thoughtfully sending directions to prevent me from getting lost. Upon arrival, she personally helped with my luggage and patiently explained the room facilities and nearby attractions during check-in. Her kindness and attentiveness throughout were remarkable. I stayed in a traditional Western-style building blending Nanyang and Minnan influences, creating a wonderful atmosphere at night. Standing under the courtyard of the old house felt like stepping back in time to a century ago in Nanyang. The guesthouse also has a retro-style bar, filled with vinyl records and CDs. Enjoying a cocktail at night was a truly therapeutic moment of complete relaxation. I must commend the owner, A-Jian, and the bartender, Ze; his professional skills, especially his classic cocktails, and his humorous personality make him a must-try! The manager, Wen, is like a gentle artist; we hit it off immediately, and he took many beautiful photos for me. His photographic aesthetic, combined with the numerous photogenic spots throughout the guesthouse, made every shot a masterpiece. This trip was filled with sincerity and warmth. I sincerely wish Aihailan, a place full of warmth and compassion, all the best, and I will definitely come back again!

I was immediately struck by the beauty of the place upon entering – a traditional red-walled house with a Nanyang-style layout. What touched me most was the owner's warmth and hospitality. They contacted us in advance to plan our route, greeted us at the door, and helped with our luggage. We were offered welcome fruit and tea upon check-in, and their recommended local Minnan cuisine was authentic and affordable. When we returned in the evening, they thoughtfully provided hot water. Sitting in the courtyard, chatting and enjoying the evening breeze, felt like visiting distant relatives – warm and comfortable. The location is also incredibly convenient, with easy parking, a plentiful breakfast, and the service from the owners, Xiaoyu and Aze, was both attentive and considerate. Our suite offered excellent privacy; closing the door completely shut out other guests. There was a cute, quiet kitten in the courtyard, and the suite had a balcony where we could sit, drink tea, and take photos. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

The room exceeded my expectations. We booked the Xianqin section; my parents stayed on the first floor while I stayed in the small attic. The bathroom area was spacious and separated from the bedroom by a curtain, which is very convenient for families. The room was clean, and the staff were responsive and provided excellent service – a great experience. I hope Aihailan grows and thrives, so that we can stay in your unique guesthouses converted from ancient buildings in various ancient villages!
