Jinjiang Tianhe Grand Hotel (Jinjing People's Government)

Came here with my family. Saw online that the hotel had been renovated, so I booked it. The ground floor is indeed very well-done, and the lounge area is spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. Since I had a child with me, they even provided an extra breakfast, which was great service. The hotel was clean. The newly renovated rooms with smart controls are definitely worth checking out – they're excellent. There are also rooms with home theater systems; I'll definitely come back to try one of those for a night next time.

The room was clean, spacious, and bright. It was a much better experience than my previous stay. The lobby on the first floor has been upgraded, and the rooms have also been renovated. The experience is much improved, and there's even a robot service that delivers items quickly when you need them. The parking lot is huge, so you don't have to worry about parking if you're driving. Excellent!

This was a fantastic stay. The hotel lobby was exquisitely decorated and quite elegant. All the staff were very welcoming. Check-in was handled quickly. We were upgraded to a newly renovated, high-floor room. The room was more spacious and meticulously cleaned. There was even a smart assistant (XiaoDu), and food deliveries were brought up by a robot. Tianhe Hotel is truly exceptional; I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient at resolving any issues. The hotel itself is well-equipped, and the free, ample parking was a huge plus. Having the gym and laundry room on the same floor was super convenient – great for a quick workout while waiting. The breakfast buffet also offered a good variety of choices. This hotel has definitely made it onto my top list for future trips!

I stayed for two nights, and the front desk helped upgrade me to a quiet and spacious room. I slept very comfortably both nights. There were two large windows during the day, providing excellent natural light. Aside from the slightly dim lighting in the bathroom (which might be a little unsafe for older people), everything else was great. There was a self-service laundry room on the first floor, and it was conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, and a bus stop. The front desk staff were very friendly.

This hotel has an amazing location! It's right across from the town government square, making it incredibly convenient to find a place. The nearby Minnan (Southern Fujian) snacks are super authentic, so you can enjoy local flavors right outside your door. McDonald's, KFC, Luckin Coffee, and Meiyijia (a popular convenience store chain) are also nearby, so you won't have to worry about finding food, shopping, or coffee. It's a comfortable and hassle-free stay, highly recommended!

The room wasn't as clean as before; I hope they'll pay more attention to cleaning in the future! The toilet had a slight urine smell. However, the shopping area near the hotel is...

I stayed in Room 902 of Tianhe Hotel in Jinjing Town from April 7th to 11th. The snacks in the breakfast department were exquisite, and there were different dishes every day. The taste of hometown was strong, the food and environment were clean and sanitary, and the service was first-class. It was a tribute to Master Yang’s cooking skills. Thumbs up👍

It must have been renovated. The room facilities are quite new. It feels much better than when I stayed here a few years ago. Breakfast is also very rich. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I come.
