The room size was decent, actually quite spacious, and it even had a bathtub which my daughter absolutely loved. There's a big shopping mall, a Walmart, and a street with restaurants and snacks nearby, which was very convenient. Breakfast was pretty standard; they seem to be simplifying it already. I didn't get a chance to visit the sky garden.

The overall decor leans a bit more towards business, which is understandable given that it's an older hotel. The room's fixtures and amenities weren't checked very thoroughly; many things were damaged. I'd recommend asking the front desk for a higher floor room, as the facilities there seem to be better. Also, when I called to ask for a bathrobe, they asked if my room didn't have one. That felt really strange – if I'd found one, I wouldn't have called to ask for a new one! Then, when I asked for a blanket change, it took an extremely long time for service. I'm not sure if they were busy or if their response time is just slow. However, my issues were eventually resolved after I provided feedback, so overall, I'm still quite satisfied.

I booked a 'Deluxe King Room' for a 4-day, 3-night stay. Upon check-in, the front desk agent, Ms. Zheng Jianting, kindly upgraded me to a 'Luxury King Room' free of charge. That night, the central air conditioning was stuck at 26 degrees Celsius, making it impossible to sleep due to the heat. I immediately informed the front desk, and the hotel manager, Mr. Li, along with front desk staff He Ting and Wang Yichao, proactively addressed the issue. They then upgraded me from the Luxury King Room to an Executive Suite, and later, once again, upgraded me to a Presidential Annex Suite without any hesitation. The housekeeping staff, particularly Ms. Wang Famin, provided warm and sincere service. On the morning after my check-in, when I went for breakfast, perhaps a bit late, I noticed two issues: first, the variety of dishes was limited, and second, there were no staff members guiding guests. I provided feedback to the hotel, and to my pleasant surprise, the very next day, the restaurant not only had a richer selection of dishes but also had several service staff present. I commend the hotel for its willingness to genuinely accept customer feedback and promptly implement improvements. I want to thank all the aforementioned staff members for their warm and sincere service and hope the hotel recognizes their excellent work. I wish the hotel continues to strive for even higher service quality and enjoys thriving business.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. The soundproofing is incredibly poor. From 7 AM until we checked out at 9 AM, there was constant construction noise – banging and all sorts of loud sounds. It was the hotel's own renovation work, starting at 7 AM. When we complained to the front desk, they said it was their engineering department doing renovations and offered no intervention or prior warning to guests. Furthermore, the soundproofing in the two rooms on the 14th floor is also extremely bad. You can hear outside traffic very clearly, with large trucks rumbling by one after another all night long. The noise was so loud it was impossible to rest! The hotel should really get a decibel meter and test those rooms; the noise levels are definitely beyond acceptable limits. Other hotels usually inform guests in advance about any special noises or try to mitigate the disturbance. This hotel just started with dragging, smashing, and all sorts of loud noises from 7 AM! This hotel is such a dump, couldn't get any sleep all night! Very bad review!

The facilities are quite old, and the service is pretty average. I understand why they don't deliver food from outside, as it might compete with the hotel's own F&B, but I can't understand why they wouldn't deliver medicine. Guests asking for medicine delivery are clearly in an inconvenient or uncomfortable situation, yet they still refused. It's rare to find a hotel that lacks such basic service, especially considering how many hotels I've stayed in.

Even though it's a five-star hotel, the overall environment felt very old and dated. When I entered the room, there was a persistent strange smell. The air conditioning also didn't provide any heat, and I ended up catching a cold overnight. The breakfast had a decent variety, but there weren't many tasty options. Overall, I don't think it meets five-star standards; it's a big step down compared to the Xiamen Baisheng Hotel I stayed at before.

We only stayed for a little over four hours for our child's impromptu nap, so it was good value for money, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. However, there were two awkward points. I understand the concept of a wet and dry separation in the bathroom, but the toilet is in a separate space outside the shower area with no partition whatsoever. Even with the bathtub window blinds drawn, the bathroom sliding door still has a small glass panel, which was a bit awkward for a family trip. Also, it took us ages to figure out how to turn off the light strip near the kettle.

Surprisingly clean and spacious! It's quite close to the airport and very quiet, which I really appreciate. My kids loved it too. There's a Starbucks downstairs, and ordering food was super convenient. Plus, there's a mall not too far away. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was tidy, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options in a pleasant dining area. The overall service, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

This hotel is dying for remodeling, very old decor, but still very clean. The gym was very old, old equipment, old decor, old swimming pool, just need major update. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices, and it is very old style, and taste was ok. Service was good, one of the managers helped me to open up the east side door so I don't have to walk in the rain, very nice gesture. Price was cheaper than the other 5 stars hotel in the city, but you get what you paid for.

Good enough for business trip. Food was OK and feesh. I recommend
