Hotels in Jintang with Swimming Pools

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Facilities: 1. There are only two karts, one is charging, and only one can be used normally. It is embarrassing that two people traveling together cannot use the kart at the same time. 2. The first room I checked in had a smell and the window screen didn't work, but I was quickly moved to another room. Environment: The environment is very good Service: 1. The service attitude is also very good. The staff member who received me was Luna. She was very responsive in replying to messages and changing rooms. 2. The hotel recommends pre-authorization via wx payment, but it is a private wx at the front desk, so I can only insist on swiping my card. (This is out of standard management. I haven’t seen a hotel that collects money and smuggles people for a long time) Meals: Dinner was delicious. The portion of breakfast is too small. It is a la carte and there is a limit on the number of items. Each person can order 1 or 2 items in each category. If you order a day in advance, I feel that you have ordered a lot of items. In fact, the portion is huge. Very few.

The hotel environment is very good, the room facilities are very new, clean, the noodles in the breakfast room are very delicious, I like it very much, the room air conditioning temperature is sufficient, there is a night market downstairs, it is very convenient to eat late at night, there is a Ferris wheel and river view in five minutes, very convenient, Recommend everyone to stay at the Ramada Hotel, will stay here again next time on business trip, especially the front desk gro, very attentive, good service attitude, very warm!

Mainly praise his breakfast and service. The breakfast was pretty good, with many varieties, including fried noodles, fried rice, porridge, bread, eggs, some fruits, and some cold dishes. Breakfast is still very satisfying. The front desk is very welcoming, and the security guards help find parking spaces. The room I lived in at that time had a window but there was a wall outside the window, which was a little depressing. I just stayed for one night and had little effect. Room soundproofing is average. The facilities in the house are quickly clean and tidy. Good value for money, recommended

Not worth the price, more than 400 rooms are no different from the 7-day chain! Except it's pretty quiet, nothing else is good! The breakfast is also very poor, the dishes are very oily, and not healthy at all. The juice from the juicer is disgusting and has no appetite! It’s too early for breakfast, it's actually closed at 9:30! Can't understand! The service attitude is very poor. The waiters at the front desk and the restaurant are straight-faced and unsmiling. It feels like they owe them money! Moreover, you have to pay a deposit and check out the room! I haven't given a deposit for staying in a hotel in the last two or three years, and I have not got a room worse when I check out. This kind of budget hotel actually has to charge a deposit! Check out and check the room! Can't understand! If it weren't for Evergrande and another five-star hotel are too far away, inconvenient! Otherwise, I would never choose this one!
