Jinzhou Bijia Mountain Villa

The hotel is very new overall, and the decor is quite upscale. The service is excellent, and the room directly faces the water park, offering a fantastic view. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities are also very new. Breakfast was diverse, and we paid an additional 49 yuan for two adults and one child. The swimming pool and hot spring on the upper floor were quite clean, and great for photos, perfect for families with kids. The shower area even had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. However, the room isn't very spacious, but considering everything, the value for money is still pretty good. Overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel just opened, so the facilities are brand new and the environment is clean and tidy. However, there are some noticeable drawbacks: it took multiple attempts to reach the front desk by phone, indicating slow response times. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, and children's breakfast costs extra, making it less ideal for family trips in terms of value for money. While the physical amenities are good, the service and dining options still need significant improvement.

We stayed in a sea-view suite, priced at 1800 yuan. For this price in other cities, you'd typically expect executive lounge access, a mini-bar, and welcome fruits. However, Bijia Villa offers none of these, making for a very poor experience! All three room cards stopped working after breakfast on the second morning, and we had to go to the front desk to find a staff member, which was a huge hassle. We definitely won't be coming back next time!

Newly renovated with excellent facilities. The pool and hot springs are very clean, and the service is great. Breakfast is plentiful. The hotel offers free parking, and both the Water World entrance and Bijia Mountain scenic area entrance are right across from the hotel, making it super convenient to visit these attractions without moving your car.

The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was great. It's conveniently located, perfect for families with kids, as it has a soft play area, pool, and hot springs. The water park right across the street is also a big plus.

How do I put this? The facilities and service just don't match up. For such a large resort with a kids' pool and a children's play area, it's really hard to understand why there are no kids' toiletries, slippers, or bathrobes provided. There was no one to greet us, and we had to carry our own luggage up and down stairs everywhere. The overall experience was really poor, and the service wasn't great either. Quite dissatisfied overall.

However, the limited salmon selection seemed unnecessary; the other dishes were decent. Overall, the service was just average. Some staff members were quite good, but others needed improvement in their service awareness, suggesting a lack of training. Nevertheless, it's still a very good hotel, and I would recommend it to friends. For visiting Bijia Mountain, Bijia Mountain Villa is definitely a top choice for a high-end hotel!

Because we were traveling with a baby, I was worried about the recent renovations, but there was absolutely no smell. The service was exceptionally warm; they proactively contacted us by phone from the moment we booked to check on our needs. The overall facilities, cleanliness, and environment were superb, and I loved the breakfast 🫰. Plus, the large TV screen in the room displayed the guests' names, which added a touch of ceremony, haha.

酒店優點一大堆：1，位置好，正對水世界，斜對面就是筆架山大門，與大海就隔着一條馬路，十分便利。2，硬件環境好，不論酒店裝修還是床品傢俱服務項目，估計是按五星級酒店標準努力的。3，衞生挺好，不論酒店公區還是房間內。4，餐食豐富，性價比高。不論早餐還是自助晚餐，百十元的價格，絕對性價比之選。5，酒店分好幾個樓，適合不同需要的人羣。不足之處，1，房間面積偏小一點，三口之家顯得侷促了些。2，內部管理欠統一標準，服務溝通要及時。3，房價忽高忽低，房間時有時無，想訂房得緊盯變化。總體還是很不錯的，推薦入住。
