Sheraton Jinzhou Hotel

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from Wanda Plaza, offering city center views from its higher floors. The breakfast spread is fantastic, featuring both Chinese and Western options, plus local Jinzhou specialties. Overall, it lives up to the Sheraton brand's reputation.

The service was generally good. The hotel's renovation took a while, but the service was still decent, and the in-room dining was excellent. It's suitable for families traveling with children.

Before checking in, I asked the hotel to arrange a quiet room, and they agreed. When I got to the front desk, the staff member specifically mentioned they saw my request and upgraded me to a higher floor. The lovely young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and attentive. The room arrangement was perfect, and I had a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel's pool is large, and the water temperature was just right. Highly recommend!

On a last-minute business trip, I booked this Sheraton in Jinzhou. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They arranged a high-floor room for me, which was spacious with a great view. Most importantly, the bed was super comfortable! Plus, they have a pool, and swimming there was just fantastic. Thumbs up, I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

The room was clean and the front desk service was excellent, especially LEO and Anna. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I'll definitely come back again. The Jinzhou BBQ was also delicious, really great!

Flying to Shanghai on June 15th, and then driving all the way home, Jinzhou was the perfect last stop! Jinzhou truly warmed our hearts. Cindy at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our children's needs. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and our stay was very comfortable; we felt right at home. The bubble tea shop even gave us an extra drink! As this trip draws to a close, we'll cherish the beautiful sights and warm memories, looking forward to our next adventure. 🍀🍭

This hotel boasts a very convenient location, especially for families on a road trip. The rooms are well-arranged, clean, and hygienic. The service is also very personalized. The chef at the hotel's Chinese restaurant is quite skilled; their specialty dishes are authentic and delicious, definitely worth recommending.

An established hotel, quite good, and it even has an executive lounge! They offer snacks and drinks! The staff's service is excellent! The breakfast is also plentiful and diverse, a mix of Chinese and Western options, plus traditional 'youchamiàn' (fried flour tea)!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay! The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even kindly upgraded us to a high-floor room during check-in, which offered an amazing view. The location is perfect, right across from Wanda Plaza. Excellent value for money, definitely five stars!
