#好評#對房間大小，鄰近餐廳滿意；#負評#對床品舒適度失望；订房一天因玩笔架山又续一天，总体感觉房型不错，设施较齐全，洗澡水很好。小区进出及停车方便，91号楼进小区北门左转到头即是，如进西门（正门）比较不好找。房东电话沟通服务热情，房内整体卫生情况良好，但卧具有异味尤其是枕头（好在我们有自带）。最大的缺点是除了卧室有窗帘其他客厅、卫生间及开放式厨房都没有窗帘，如白天洗澡还好，晚上洗澡外面黑里面亮无遮挡心理非常不舒服。客厅及开放厨房无窗帘也不利隐私，尤其屋里热时要脱衣服很有顾虑。

經濟實惠，離筆架山景區、趕海廣場、龍海廣場都不遠，交通便利，小區內可停車，有好幾家超市，生活方便。衹是小區有點老，如果要求高的慎拍。小區後面的老碼頭漁港海鮮比大飯店便宜，但做的味道一般般。
