Hilton Garden Inn Jinzhou Central Street

The hygiene was terrible; there were even stains on the duvet. The facilities are outdated, and the sink was leaking all over the floor.

The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The service quality was excellent; the staff were very responsible and attentive. They even asked the kids every night how they slept and told them to let 'Auntie' know if they needed anything. It was fantastic!

This is a great hotel with a lovely environment. The ladies at the front desk were very warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

1. Parking was a nightmare. The road leading to the hotel entrance was heavily congested, making it difficult to even get into the parking lot. Once inside, finding a spot was impossible, and the signage was really unclear. 2. The breakfast was absolutely terrible! It certainly didn't justify the 1000/night holiday price; it was even worse than what you'd find at an economy hotel. 3. They claimed the breakfast offered city views from the 22nd-floor rooftop, but you can see for yourselves what it was really like. 4. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location. It's not far from the night market and the ancient pagoda park, and there are a few good BBQ places nearby.

I've stayed here multiple times. It's a decent hotel, and I appreciate the convenient amenities nearby. They even gave my child a gift at check-out. The downsides are that traffic gets really congested during the night market, and parking is a nightmare. Also, the breakfast isn't refilled promptly, and even the few tasty options aren't consistently available. Compared to other star-rated hotels, there's definitely room for improvement.

Had a fantastic travel experience! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. They thoughtfully arranged breakfast for us, which was abundant and delicious. The room itself was very comfortable, spacious, and bright.

The hotel environment is comfortable, clean, and the service is very attentive. The location is excellent, right in Jinzhou's most bustling area, very close to Guta Park and Linghe Night Market, both within walking distance. It should be the top choice in Jinzhou.

The room was quite spacious with excellent natural light and a wide-open view from the window. The desk and seating areas were both generous in size, making it very convenient for placing items or relaxing. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very clean. The front desk proactively offered children's toothbrushes and slippers, and they were always ready to assist with any request – highly commendable! It's also conveniently located right next to a shopping mall and a night market, both within easy walking distance.
