But after calling the front desk, there was no voice, but it was still very uncomfortable

在吉首住了兩三天，這是最差的服務態度了，前台兩個妹紙*的一批，還是兩個未成年，真不知道這個酒店老闆是怎麼想的

基本每週過來都住這裏，房間衞生搞的實在是太差了，但是之前從來沒給過差評，這次第二天續房換房間馬桶上還有上一任住客的尿液，進房入住時實在被噁心到了，電話給前台反饋還不信，讓我自己下樓換雙人間，第二天退房開票要趕高鐵，結果把郵箱號輸錯了，一個勁的説沒錯也不知道核對郵箱，優先給後面的人辦入住，導致最後高鐵誤了車，前台的服務有待提升。

酒店位置還可以，離乾州古城很近！附近吃喝玩樂都蠻方便的，但是因為老化的原因，房間有異味！尤其是空調打開之後，直接給我薰吐了！花灑和噴頭也基本是壞的，出水小且不均勻？強烈建議老闆需要更新一下設備，並清潔一下空調了！
